Good Day I placed an order BUFZA5081358728YQ i have not received it from Buffalo logistics its now 3 weeks and when you call the customer number its not answered and i have paid for it.Please assist
Good Day I recently went tp ick n pay at Bramley midway the service i got was so bad,i asked to collect money from my capitec cash send and the lady said they dont have and money and i decided to go buy as i wanted to use it to buy but dont have my card to my suprise the very same lady scanned all my items with that cashsend,so going forward i think banks must stop using pick n pay partnership as we dont get assistance when trying to buy they have their own people that they dont question they just give that money which they dont even spend in that shop us who are customers get treated very badly its not all the staff but i have picked 2 in particular who does this in a regurlaly.Every Customer is important and should be treated as fairly cause withiout those clients we wont need your services meaning Unemployment if you guys are tired then quit cause is desperately looking for any job.
Good Day Yesterday i went to pick n pay to collect cashsend from my capitec account as i lost my card still waiting to make a new one and i was assisted by one of the cashier very friendly and the lady called Saneliswa came and screaming why the cashier gave me the money without me bringing my phone so they can see the message cause i wrote the reference on a paper as its walking distance from Lombardy west to pick n pay Midway mall i didnt want to be mugged as the is a lot crimes that side and i told the lady that if she wants me to confirm my details i can and she was no you must bring your phone its not allowed the irritating part is that i always bring my phone as im comimg from work but it was different yesterday i was from home to cut matters short the attitude is not how you conduct yourself it was bad it was like i went to a corner house shop please fix that its bad service/customer service and teach your staff to explain with a smile why its not allowed instead of a long face.
Good day My uncle went to apply for an ID and was told to go to Pretoria to apply and he did that was a year ago till now he is hasn’t gotten his ID and he can’t apply for pension grant please can somebody assist now
ID documents was done on the 11/11/2020 till now it’s still not received and my uncle is not well anything can happen to him I’m very disappointed with the service
Good Day I have been on the line with reps and no one can help me to add my son to my existing funeral policy I have been holding for 2 hours to be transferred to the service dept and no luck and I cant even add him on the app myself such poor service
Good day I have been having a great service from pick n pay bramley till the past couple of months I went twice at pick n pay fish and chips side to buy chips and every time I went there they always say the fried chips are finished even yesterday and it’s always before the closing time and they sit there chatting should it not be the sell till the closing time fish and chips and not tell customers that the chips are finished before 20:00 it’s really bad service while people are looking for jobs others feel the need to slack please fix this it’s getting out of hand or rather change working hours for their fish n chips and close at 17:30 cause from that time the chips are finished

Good Day I recently had a cheque account with ABSA and due to non satisfaction with their service I had a problem I couldn't use my internet banking and I sent them an email and they said the case was closed without even helping me none assistance at all I decided to open another account with a different bank and now I'm getting emails for different attorneys telling me that my cheque account that I had with ABSA is in arrears close to 6 450 and I need to pay for it and I have being using it from June and bank charges are not that much monthly so please can somebody please explain to me what is going on here and I did sent an email telling them to close that account and even called customer service and was advised that I need to go to the bank to close it as they cant do it over the phone so whose fault is it
Good day I submitted my tax return on the 7of August and I sent a follow up message on the 1st this month and I got a message that they will call me back and even now I still have not heard anything from them please can you assist me please
