Booked at this ****ty establishment and my partner's phone ended up getting stolen whilst WE WERE IN THE APARTMENT. The hotel security was completely useless and we received no help from management. Our stay was booked for 2 nights, but we ended up leaving after 1 night. I cannot understand how an establishment functions like this. Utter bull****.
Why does terrible service from this horrible company even surprise me! I spoke to one of your consultants today, about my monthly data bundle which was missing. I have been receiving 1GB per month of data since I upgraded my contract in May 2019. This lady, firstly speaks to me like Im a child and speaks about my older contracts, and says that Im getting confused and misunderstanding what she is trying to say! I then email her with my November invoice, where it clearly stipulates that I receive a data bundle, EVERY MONTH, FOR 24 MONTHS. Now, she looks at this email and still cannot help me. I am so fed up with you Vodacom and your constant horrible service. What shocks me even further, is that when I investigated further, I am supposed to be receiving 2GBS instead of 1GB! This has NOT BEEN HAPPENING! Vodacom, you seem to like robbing your customers!
At the end of Jan last year (2015) I purchased a Canon Pixma MG2540 printer. It was running fine and printing well until a couple months later when the printer started \jamming"and refused to feed paper"
Yesterday I received a call from one of your consultants at the call centre. She was very, very rude and did not show any indication that she knew how to do her job. Firstly, she bombarded me with questions, which made me very angry and asked me to forward my bank statements and payslips. This is frustrating as my Truworths account has already been opened, it is very inconvenient for me, to now get bank statements and email my payslips. Every other account that I have, did not request for these documents. I told the lady about this and she then retorted \So you're not going to do it?"and \""You're not interested?\"" - What kind of person that deals with customer relations speaks like that? It may sound quite simple"
In July this year, I purchased a Huawei Ascend P7. Recently I started experiencing a sudden lack of signal in which I could not access the internet and certain applications. After took my phone to the repair shop, I was advised to check my sim. I subsequently did and my sim proved to be in perfect order. I then booked my phone into the repair shop (Gateway, KZN) on the 19/10 and received an sms that my phone went to the advanced repair centre and it will be exchanged. Yesterday 25/10 I went to collect my phone and upon receiving it I noticed that the corner of the phone was cracked (as if someone dropped it). I'm making this CLEAR, my phone was virtually brand new. It did not have a scratch on it - it went to the repair shop in pristine condition.

I had a screen guard over my screen protector which came stock with my phone. My question is, why did I receive a re-conditioned phone when my phone was new and that the problem was not my fault but rather the manufacturers? Why must I pay for a USED phone, when my phone was in a better condition? I feel that if Vodacom/Huawei could not fix my original phone then I should be entitled to BRAND NEW phone or equivalent? This is pathetic.
I live in Durban, KZN. About a week or two ago, I purchased 3 large margherita's at one of your franchises, the North Beach Store. When I received my pizza, to my utter disgust, there was pieces of bacon stuck to one of my pizzas. As I am a born vegetarian, never tasting meat in my life, this incident really upset me. I am quite disappointed with the quality and presentation of the store. What would have happened if I mistakenly ate the pizza? The guests that I had over were also born vegetarians and we ended up throwing, might I add, all the pizzas away, just incase any other pieces of meat were stuck to the other pizzas. Shouldn't there be better hygiene practices when dealing with vegetarian and meat items? It is very worrying to think that the store and other stores around Durban, are mixing utensils and are practicing unsafe hygiene. To make things worse, our order took over 45 minutes to arrive, and the cashiers are completely incompetent. They have no regard for customer service.

I have pictures documenting the pizza and the poor competence of your sales assistants/cashiers.
