Poor service
I am so disappointed at sportscene at Alex mall, their system is forever off line. I went there two days in row to collect my lay buy and guess what, system was off line and I took rounds around the mall hoping that later the matter will be resolved and it wasn't. Now I have been calling their store to find out they are up and running but their staff don't answer the phone. I called so i don't waste peteol going there to find the off line system. I am so disappointend at such a big retail store and I am not looking forward to shop there going forth.

Since 2016, I haven't received my diploma
<p>I applied for a National Diploma in Marketing Management with Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) via South West Gauteng College (SWGC) last year April 2016. I submitted all require documents. I did regular follow ups on my application but till today I haven't received my Diploma. I went on their Web site for their telephone number, when you call they don’t even answer their phone. I called the SWGC and gave me their different number, I called but still they failed to resolve my issue, their consultant are clueless and helpless however they informed me that they only received my application in June 2016 , before that I asked what is their turnaround time in issuing out Diplomas . I was advised that is 6 months. Even though the college submitted our application in June 2016 but the duration is more than 6 months now. I did my in-service training and I have been losing out opportunities due to I do not have a Diploma but N6 certificate only. This has impacted my career negatively in a way that when companies ask me to produce my qualifications, I fail to do so as I haven't received it as yet. I will be grateful if the DHET speed up their process and provide us with our national Diplomas. Hope this matter will be attain to. Thank you.</p>

Overcharged and no refund
My brother was leaving to Free State for our auntie's funeral, i went to CB Stores at Jabulani mall , Soweto to buy him a travelling bag. \Zanele"the consultant swiped the card and she said the speed point is off line but she did no give me the receipt showing that it was off line or declined. The amount of R 119.95 was debited from the card not knowing"
