Great service 👏 the employees are very friendly and competent, I was helped by Roger a very well presented salesperson and patient. I could recommend the car dealership to anyone that wants to buy a vehicle.
Iam very disappointed and furious with the company....I was involved in a vehicle accident on the 31st of March 2022 with a truck from clover company wich is insured with Marsh Africa....not only was I not contacted by any one from the claims department but I have also been sent from pillor to post with my third party claim....iam highly pregnant and had made it very clear to them when I eventually reached them 13 days after the accident that I use my vehicle for work and cannot not work without a car ....I have not been helped to this day I was told to get a quote for the damage wich I did and I was then told they sent their own assessor since the damage to the car was too much....I still had to be the one who follows up to find out their finding ..that was when I was told my car is being written off and they will send me a offer to sign before the end of the day on the 25 April 2022 ..I did mention to them on our 1st conversation wich was on the 13th of April that the car is at the storage with the towing company and will unfortunately be sold if not fetched and paid for by within 30 days I mentioned to them the agreement by the clover driver that their company insurance will cover all the payments including towing and storage of the car . To this day 28 April i have not received the offer to be signed and the phone offices rings to no answer not even reply to my emails. My car is at risk of being sold by the towing service yet I don't even know if I will receive enough payment to replace my car. Iam going in and out of hospital since the accident not for injuries but mainly for the stress this has on me ....when traveling to work and using the vehicle for I have to use bolt services which in a day I use the amount I use with my car in a week . Is it difficult for an insurance company to do its job without putting one through so much stress worse someone they are aware is heavily pregnant.
Iam very furious with this company as one of their truck drivers crashed into my car on the 31st of March 2022..... he admitted to his negligence on the accident scene and accident statement report and the company agreed to pay for all the damages including towing...iam pregnant and in no condition to stress these people have not made any contacts with me iam the one calling them daily to follow up most of the days the phones are not answered...they gave me their claims department number which has never been picked up since I tried calling them . I did mention that I use the car for work as my job requires me to have my own transportation bcoz I travel . My frustrations are not the car isnt fixed but the fact that they make no means of contacting stresses me out the most. I need my car fixed as soon as today its not even an engine issue just the body and on the the wheels that shouldn't take a month for them to atleast make contact.
my father was admitted at our local netcare hospital N17 in springs on the 26 of April then in the early hours of the 27th around 4am which is not vising hours , came in a stranger in his room claiming to be sent by my mother to check on him which was not true the man is unknown , my concern is that how did he get access as it was not vising time and there is 3 security guards to pass before entering the wards , when the matter was raised with supervisor she came up with excuses not wanting to take responsibility and acknowledgement that they opened for a complete stranger and didnt consider the safety of the patience, her words where " it is not negligence that patience go out for a smoke and leave the door not properly closed, the stranger was already in and asked to see the patient we had no other choice but to just let him go through after all he was already in and he didnt even take 5minutes with the patient we cant blame the staff or take responsibility" iam complaining because we put our safety in the hospital when we are in our sick beds and such negligent is shocking in a private hospital my dad is a non smoker why should he be unsafe because of "smoking patients " the stranger could have bin anyone , a thief or someone who wanted to **** him. iam getting tired of this hospital they had 1st given my mother wrong meds which almost ****ed her the very same month April 2018 and not handled the admin well. why should we be in an expensive hospital for cheap service . i would really appreciate if my complaint can reach them.
i have an account with jet wich i took wen i was a student and i couldnt pay it for some time then i was offered a settlement offer of R620 march 20125 and i paid it during march 2015, they promissed to email me a clearance letter within 3 weeks of payment.... but to this day im stil waiting for it, i have bin calling and making followups but still empty promisses. can you please help me get my clearance letter so that i may be able to proceed with my other life plans that are being delayed now, cant buy a house for my kids yet i have sttled the account .
