My mum bought a 2017 used vehicle from Eastvaal Motor City Witbank on 7 October 2024. It is 6 Months and 14 days later and all 5 tyres are defective. Eastvaal does not want to take responsibility for selling a car with expired tyres. Tyres were manufactured in 2016. Upon inspection, they only check the thread of the tyres, not the expiry date or the wall on the tyres. Tyre walls are busy cracking. I have always recommended Eastvaal Motor City Witbank to potential buyers, but I will not recommend them anymore. They have no after sales service.
App**** for 2 contracts on Sunday 01/09 at Vodacom 4U Highveld Mall. One of the applications was referred to HO for approval. Mel, the consultant told us that a referral takes between 30min to an hour. It is 2 days later. Every time I have to call the shop because they don't return messages, and I get told that they are busy because they are only 2 consultants. Never answers their phone. When I complained, I was told by Mel and the Branch Manager to keep quiet, because I am making a noise, and the phone was put down in my ear.
<p>We have reported this matter to the ombudsman and McCarthy Head office but no response. Complaint is against the above mentioned company. </p> <p> </p> <p>We would like closure on this matter as the supplier just thought that stating their side of the case will settle this. <p>We have contacted Virgin Mobile Head Office on many occasion to forward a copy of my contract to LG Mobile, seeing that my phone needs repair work. LG can not start with repairs without a copy of the contract.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is now 3 weeks that my phone was sent to LG, and everytime we phone Virgin Mobile they say that they will forward the contract to LG. Up until today we got no assistance.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please advise</p>
It has been almost 3 week now since I have logged a query for a tutor to contact me, seeing that I am struggling with some of my work. This is very bad service. They promise you all these benefits and as soon as they have your money you dont get service.<br> <br> Some of my books was also not delivered, its been two months now since I enrolled and still my outstanding study material is short. <br> <br> I'm very unsatisfied with the level of service.
It has been months now. And no one can assist me with the problem.<br> <br> I have been a customer at Autopage for how many years now, and this is the first time that there is a problem with my account. First my account is fine and up to date and the next moment I am R3500 in arrears, and this is not the first that this has happened.<br> <br> I am fed up, and are really considering cancelling my contract with them when it expires. <br> <br> When I phone the legal department, they make ME look like the fool, making me look like a bad payer. This is unacceptable and I will not leave it here. AND I am not the only Autopage customer that has been dealing with bad service and account problems, but actually why complain about service if there is not service.<br> <br> Please respond or I am going to the press!!!<br>
