Dissatisfied customer
I have ordered products from Omninela Medical and never received it after several attempts to make contact with them without any success. Order placed and paid on 02/01/2025. Order number: #711936 Bad experience👎🏻. *****. Not recommended.

Customer Service
Unable to get hold of anyone at MWeb regarding my internet connection. Just go round and round when phoning, with many options to choose from. None of it actually works. Logging queries........dead end..........nobody replies. MWeb App not functional.

Unacceptable Service
No after sales service as agreed. Lawn was laid. Never came back after 4 weeks to inspect, remove **** and to level out the planted lawn as promised. Provider was paid in full on 24/09/2021. Many conversations between me and the service provider followed up to this date but without any success. This service provider not to be recommended.

No Customer Service
Required more info on a specific topic as advertised on their web site. Phoned Customer Service several times; connecting me through to several people, trying to assist with my query. Said they will come back to me. Nothing! Sent an email to address provided with same query; no response. I am very much in doubt that if I would become a member, that they would be able to assist me, like with roadside assistance?
