They give a time and come very late. They just do a check and provide you with a quotation to approve, they literally just go ahead with the job and slap you with a huge invoice of which they expect 70% payment. They are not VAT registered but do charge VAT on their invoices, ****ming customers and ******** trading. Upon requesting their VAT number, I received no response. The VAT number search with SARS delivered no results.

I took my car for a service at Ford Fury Woodmead in the beginning of May, 4 May to be exact. The battery had to be replaced and i purchased a new battery. All went well until 2 weeks later and the car just died on me while I was driving, early evening, Saturday. It cut out completely and I could only get it to start again after a few minutes and luckily was able to get home safely. The next day, Sunday morning, the car was completely dead. I called in my insurance to assist and the guy said that nothing is wrong with the battery but that one of the connectors connecting the car and battery came loose. This is a nut that should never be or come loose unless made loose to change the battery. The insurance emergency assist guy just tightened the nut PROPERLY and the car had life again. I am disappointed in Ford Fury Woodmead as they endangered my life.

Dotsure consultants are always friendly, extremely prompt (I love it), and so helpful. I never wait to be assisted and my reason for contacting is always sorted out within minutes. Dealing with Dotsure is such a breath of fresh air. Thank you to everyone at Dotsure for making life easy for my fur babies and especially for me. You guys are appreciated.
It is so difficult to be helped by Telkom when you have an issue. Firstly you cant call anyone at Telkom to talk to a consultant. Secondly the Telkom app is so stupid and the chat function takes you to a department that can never assist with anything except the money matters. Thirdly, Telkom agents call you to force you to buy products but no-one calls to help you with your problem after requesting this on numerous platforms to Telkom. Going to a branch for help is even more a waste of time. But when it comes to taking your money, they are the best.

Upon generating a FNB account confirmation letter, that I urgently had to send somewhere, I realise my ID number is all of a sudden listed, on the FNB account confirmation letter, incorrectly. The last time I generated an account confirmation letter, that was around last year sometime, all my details where correct. Now all of a sudden my name and surname is correct but the ID number is not mine. I have to now wait 72 hours for them to fix it, setting me back. Thank you very much FNB for the inconvenience.
