I am very angry and dispointed with takealot. My delivery was set but unfortunatly I was hospitalised. I called them and told them not to deliver or alternately they could deliver at the hospital where I was admitted. Did they not deliver twice after calling them several times not to deliver because there is no one at home. I spoke with a consultant Ayanda who sheduled a delivery for the 22nd which never happened. When I called today I was told the order was cancelled. Takealot a pathethic company with no empathy. They do not understand change in circumstance. I do not know if I was suppose to discharge myself to get the order. I cannot wait for amazon to tale over because their service is far better.
Here is my story, I have a card with tyme bank, however, my salary does not go to that card. As proactive as I am to check my credit report monthly, I saw a shock of my life a few weeks ago, I was flagged by tyme bank for an inquiry that I did not do. I called in and requested an answer to who logged the inquiry, and details captured etc, however, I did not get any answers. I called and requested a manager, but she was not available and she did not even care to call me back. Mammello told me that the manager Morne will contact me after a few days as they quired the matter with the credit bureau, till today, no response, no call, no details of who logged the inquiry, and no bank account closure. My issue is the incompetency of the manager who does not know how to provide service to a frustrated consumer, inquiries can affect my credit score, and it's a risk factor as I clearly stated that I did not make any inquiries, for me it's clear that it's a *****ulent activity. Tyme Bank, please I need answers and I need that inquiry to be removed from my credit report.
Finchoice is a great business but I received an arrogant consultant by the name of Vuyiseka Helu who did not represent the business in a good way at all. She has no values and disgraced the values of the business. She dropped the call while I am busy talking to her.

I would like to thank nation housing for the great service that they provided us especially our agent Evelyn. she is one of the best as she has all the qualities that an agent requires. I do know that the process of buying a house is stressful but she was patient to me and my husband. this company does not only employ great agents as the manger Ian played a huge role as well. his a good listener and also his very professorial in his role.
