Tool my car in at Haval Fourways to be fixed only to that they have now tempered with something else. This dealership has bad service, I will never take my car there against.
I placed an order on 10 September to be delivered. Its Friday today, and still no sign of the order I placed. The delivery driver went to Game Fourways yesterday and there was no one to assist. Why do we have to fight for good services? I dont understand.
I claimed two of my cellphones from the Insurance and they took both of them for an assessment. Today I received a message that one phone will be delivered as a replacement. When I called the insurance, I spoke to Lesego and she confirmed that one claim was registered. Basically I was scammed as they have lost the other phone. I have been a loyal client with King Price for more than 10 years but now I think its time to move on.

I spoke to Eddie Simelane this morning as I needed a breakdown of my policy. Eddie was very helpful, patient and he managed to give me more details on my premium breakdown.
We bought a car on 27 March 2021 from Citton Cars and we didn't purchase a warranty that time as we was told that should the car give us issues within six months we should bring it back. Now within that six months the car is disconnecting from the battery. Citton Cars has advised that we need to sort it out myself. If we were told that the warranty that would cover the six months is ours, we would have made other plans.
My car was written off but the debit order still went off in March and Tracker is refusing to refund me. Now they want to debit an amount for a transfer of contract and a monthly subscription fee, what about my refund. I have already spoken to five different consultants to try and sort out this mess.
A Dr had prescribed a Nebuliser for my baby and Bonitas requested a motivation letter and a quotation which I sent last week on Wednesday 17 July. When I followed up today they said I need to wait for 5 working days. I mean I need the Nebulizer asap and I have to wait this long. Talk about being unreasonable. Why do we pay so much money to medical aids, l dont know
I logged a claim with King Price on the 22 June for a TV. Until today I haven't received any feedback on the status of my TV. I took the onus because they cant do their job and called their repair center (TV Tech) who told me that they sent a report to King Price already. I am not sure what is taking so long just to approve a simple report.
My Tracker contract expired in May and I renewed it. They were supposed to install the new unit on 27 June 2018 (Today) and when I called in they couldn't see my appointment. A very unprofessional lady by the name of Neliswa did not even try and ask me for a reference number to ensure that the appointment was indeed booked for today. Their service is really disgusting and to think that we are paying for this. They were hired by Tracker by its employees does not seems to know their story like Geshwin.
