The BEST EVER service from the Rug Spa. South Africa.
A huge shout out to the Rug Spa. I've just walked in and seen my rug after sending it to the Rug Spa a week ago. I'm over the moon. It looks brand new!!!!! I cannot believe how good this company is in all aspects from the communication, fetching and delivering back and I cannot rate the cleaning high enough. So awesome to receive such amazing service. Thank you to all concerned.

Excellent service today from Micheala Cronje. I submitted a claim today after the vet saw my cat and I received a phonecall from the lovely lady mentioned, and my claim was approved within an hour of me sending it in. Thank you so much.

Excellent service at Tekkie Town. Northgate Shopping Centre.
My daughter and I have recently dealt with the 2 staff members working in the shop selling tackies and sports shoes. ( trainers). The young man has been so helpful and pleasant in dealing with us. He remembered us from buying tackies the previous week and was extremely helpful in finding us another pair. The lady at the till was also very pleasant. It's lovely to feel appreciated when shopping in a store and the gentleman thanked us both times for our business. I do hope the boss at Northgate Tekkie Town is made aware of his excellent staff members.

Thank you to Sureway Funeral Directors and staff.
My husband passed away about 18 months ago and Sureway Funeral Services were recommended to me. They were quite amazing. They worked with compassion and kindness and considered me and the family in all decisions. Time was not an issue and considered us throughout the process. I had recent contact with them as I had a special request re the ashes and again, they were outstanding in following my request and all in such a quiet, respectful way. Nombulelo Memela. Spec Savers Northgate
I had my eyes tested by an incredible optometrist at Spec Savers Northgate, Nombulelo Memela awhile ago and I wasn't wearing my glasses due to frames not fitting well which i should have picked up when I tried them on initially, and I took them in today to see if the could sort anything out, and the wonderful lady mentioned above came to the front of the shop and told me to pick new frames and they would sort out new lenses for the new glasses at no cost to me. I was over the moon. Firstly, the lovely optometrist recognized me immediately and she must see many people.. I was SO VERY IMPRESSED with the amazing service I received and I will never go elsewhere when I need my eyes tested or new glasses in future. Many many thanks Nombulelo Memela. My husband who has cancer, and I happened to be walking into Pick n Pay, Northgate and walking past The Bed Shop when my husband had a bad spell. The manager, I believe her name was Emogene and her very concerned young assistant came running out to help us. They insisted on him sitting down and offered water and were absolutely wonderful and so caring. The wouldn't let us leave until he was 100% and offered to get us a wheelchair. What truly amazing, compassionate people. It just shows how many wonderful people there are in South Africa. I do hope that one of the managers are made aware of this. Next time we need a new bed, there is only one place we will go. Thank you Emogene and your young assistant for going the extra mile.
