Sureway Funeral Directors certainly goes that extra mile
When a loved one passes away suddenly, it can be incredibly difficult to process what’s happening, and making clear decisions feels almost impossible. After calling the ambulance, we were told there was no clear plan for where to take our loved one's body because there was no funeral policy in place. This harsh reality sank in as we began contacting funeral homes, only to find that the prices they quoted were overwhelming and far beyond what we expected or could afford. During these distressing hours, we were told to contact Sureway Funeral Directors, not knowing what to do, Ronel’s compassion and willingness to help in every way possible meant so much to my family. Sureway truly went beyond and stayed in continuous contact. I am deeply grateful to Sureway Funeral Directors for their exceptional service and kindness during the most difficult time. Best Funeral Directors in Gauteng
My Brother recently passed away in a rather remote area and I called Sureway Funeral Directors to help with the process. A kind and compassionate man arrived and stayed with my Mom and I for many hours into the night, while waiting for paramedics. A short while later the same man came to my house to deliver my Brother's ashes and a beautifully presented folder with all the documentation I would need. Well done guys, you are amazing!

Best Funeral Directors in Gauteng
My Brother recently passed away in a rather remote area and I called Sureway Funeral Directors to help with the process. A kind and compassionate man arrived and stayed with my Mom and I for many hours into the night, while waiting for paramedics. A short while later the same man came to my house to deliver my Brother's ashes and a beautifully presented folder with all the documentation I would need. Well done guys, you are amazing!

My husband passed away about 18 months ago and Sureway Funeral Services were recommended to me. They were quite amazing. They worked with compassion and kindness and considered me and the family in all decisions. Time was not an issue and considered us throughout the process. I had recent contact with them as I had a special request re the ashes and again, they were outstanding in following my request and all in such a quiet, respectful way. All matters were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Thank you to Petro Els the director and all her wonderful staff. From Mrs Kathleen Perry
