I ordered a seafood pizza this evening and this pizza is not tasting good. I can't identify the most of the seafood used on the pizza. When I called the store to let them know, I was told, they can't refund me because I don't have the full pizza available. Like did they want to resell it. I also bought a garlic pizza bread with cheese, no crispness or garlic taste. The seafood pizza tasted burnt. I'm very disappointed and don't think I would even want an alternative pizza from them.
I constantly book Uber package deliveries and almost every trip I have to request a refund The drivers stand along the road and just let the time run before they actually make their way to the customer. Or they don't turn their data on and you can't see where they are then suddenly it jumps to the location and then they say they have been waiting there for long. This is very ***** and it's actually conning people out of their money to gain extra money.
Enterprise Ethanol/Enterprise Solvents is the most unorganised company. I called and spoke to someone is JHB and she confirmed that Cape Town has stock and gave me the price for Cape Town as well. She also advised me to contact the branch and I did that, they confirmed they have stock. When I arrived, there wasn't stock, and the website price is not the price they charge. I have had this issue previously and I am very angry with their customer service. The Cape Town branch is very useless.
I have been struggling to get DMC to send me their banking details in order for me to settle this Account. I requested this information in January 2022 and to date 8 March I have still not received it. I have called several times in between and no email or sms with the details. I'm just becoming skeptical about paying this Account in full because they taking forever to send banking details now what about me still receiving the paid up letter and still the updating of my credit report.
Since last year October/November we have been contacting Absa Car Finance department for my cars papers that we have paid up a long time ago. We followed up again and we were told that the papers went to the wrong branch. I January this year we went inside the bank and requested the papers again. Until this day, nobody has contacted us or answered the phone when we tried contacting them.
Since the start of lockdown I have been calling tracker and completing an online query to call me back. I need to cancel my subscription due to loss of income. Nobody has called me back and I cannot stop the debit order either. I cannot find an email address either. I have paid my device long time ago and just need to cancel this service now because I will not be earning a salary.
I received a call for an upgrade of my Wi-Fi deal, I agreed to the upgrade, it was for less money. I also agreed to the 2 new contracts for tabs and top up data. I have paid such a lot of money for Jan and Feb's invoices. I understand you need to pay a pro rata fee because of the data and charges etc. I just can't seem to understand why on my invoice there is a line item called discounts, but every amount listed there is added to my bill as supposed to being subtracted seeing that its a discount. I have disputed the same invoice twice and received case numbers but nobody called or assisted me in any way. Today my account was debited with the full amount of the invoice I was disputing. I'M EVER SO SORRY I AGREED TO UPGRADE MY CONTRACT AND SUBSCRIBE TO 2 NEW CONTRACTS WITH TELKOM. I WILL NEVER EVER DO IT AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We went to watch a movie on Friday 18/09/2015 staring at 22:45pm. we were a little late but got there just before 11pm. No cashiers or staff in sight to assist us. We could walk right into a cinema. We asked an African lady sitting on the bench in the foyer which movie she watched and she answered Transformers, we thought she was a customer but it turns out she was off duty staff member. We eventually found somebody in uniform to assist us and this African lady \off duty"then told the other lady to check whether we had tickets"
