The food was not well done. Seafood smelled awful and not well done. Oxtail was not cooked well. The sushi made my sister throw up. Even the service was not up to standard. They need to do better.
Had a terrible experience with the manager "Witness" . He was (excuse my language) a son of a b**ch. Firstly the waiter 'Langa' said he'd find us seats which he didn't and the Manger brushed that off as well. We get that the establishment was full as usual however the way he treated us was uncalled for!!! Such disrespect! The bouncer on the other hand helped us get seated. Thank you to Thamsanqa 'Thamz' for being a great help. We appreciate your efforts on making us smile :).
So we took my sister out for super for her birthday and it was a disappointment. Firstly the food was terrible. We chose Primi for a reason and we weren't happy at all. We then spoke to the waitress and she got us a manager. The manager then offered to bring us new plates. To our surprise the food was just reheated,same order. Upset doesn't even explain it. The manager in charge of all of this was Yvonne. Disappointment! Birthday girl was more than the word ??
I ordered the days special which was 300g ribs,wings, works and veggies. The ribs and veggies were not to my expectations. The portion was the worst,smallest I've ever seen
About two years ago R5000 went missing out of my savings account with capitec bank. A case was opened and till today no feedback has been given to me. I've been going up and down,in and out of the bank and still nothing has been done. I haven't used that account since that incident as I have been waiting for my money to be put back into my account. That was an internal fault and I need it to be sorted!
My contract was billed R250 for a number on my contract I knew nothing about. When I went to mtn they gave me the run around. It's been three months,almost four months even. I've been told that the case after the investigation "is still open". This has dragged on for far to long. I keep getting this text below ,but nothing has been sorted. "Dear Customer, Your query has been escalated with reference number 1- ********** 6534. Thank you for using MTN. Have a Yello day" This is by far the worst I've experienced from mtn. The consultant keeps saying ",I'll call and let you know how everything is going". Then I have to end up calling and finding out because the person kept forgetting. I'm ****ed off. The real deal pizza is as small as a pie or kiddies meal! The size has shrunk dismally! The staff then laughs and says that is the actual size :@ !!! This is totally unacceptable!!!
