Ram failed to deliver my parcel, apparently called me to open for them but was unsuccessful. Idiots don't realise that calls are recorded and there are no missed calls, or any delivery vehicle at the gate the whole day per the camera system. They lie with tens of thousands of rands of cellphones to be delivered to people. Yet Vodacom keep using them.
Terrible service thus far, they've been struggling to activate my service for a week. 4 "technicians" have had a look and nobody seems to know anything. Incompetence is definitely the word of the day here.
Same as everyone else. I'm only repeating if I mention anything about my situation. Wish I read the reviews before buying. Also wish I can give less than one (1) star.
<p>Absolute worse service(not customer service, but service for the bike)! </p> <p> </p> <p>Took in my Monster 796 for the first major service with 10 000 km on the clock, the bike didn't have an issue of any kind, awesome bike!!. When the bike came back and I paid the R9 000.00 for the service the bike didn't even start. They came and took the bike back the second time to fix that issue. They reset the software which kind of worked but it still doesn't start sometimes. </p> <p> </p> <p>I rode the bike for a day when the clutch started giving problems(they worked on it) and they came and took it again. Fixed that issue. Rode it for a day and the bike keeps stalling because the set it to idle at 850 RPM and it is suppose to idle on 1250 RPM. </p> <p> </p> <p>Waiting on them currently to fetch the bike again. They took a perfectly good bike with 0 issues and, well, you read what happend. </p> <p> </p> <p>One thing I can say is they did everything with a smile. I would have given that up any day for a bike that worked again.</p>
I went to the gym like always but forgot my tag. When my sister brought it and I swiped in I saw that my details were wrong. My sister said that this happened to her as well(The same information displayed) and I thought I'd quickly get it sorted out and start working out. This was not what happened. My information was not found on the system, and it showed that my contract expired, like it did the previous time before I got a new contract. I argued that I always pay my full subscription upfront and that the system is wrong, but I didn't have my contract anymore so I let it go and took out a new contract, I don't mind the money and I like working out. <br> <br> My complaint is about the way the situation was handled by the manager. During all of the talking, I was accused of stealing the tag multiple times, although I told him I won't mind taking out another contract even if my misplaced contract only expires in March'2016. My tag was thrown against my chest by the manager when I got a bit frustrated and my tag fell of the table after I lightly flicked it onto the table(I have a witness, I did not lose my temper or use any force in any of my actions). <br> <br> So not the contract, the situation.
