I am extremely disappointed with Mike Hobkins dealership. I’m a single parent to 11-year-old twins, and my safety has clearly been disregarded. I purchased my Kawasaki Z900 (2021 model) in March this year, and just one week later the KTRC check-engine light came on. Every time I took the bike in, they simply reset the error code and told me it was fine to keep riding. I rode the bike like this for nearly six months, even though I reported rattling noises and sluggish performance. I eventually had to escalate the matter to MIOSA before the part was finally replaced — and the R60,000 cost was paid by Auto Sure, the warranty I purchased through Mike Hobkins. Now, one month later, the check-engine light has come back on again, this time for the O2 sensor. I strongly believe this could have been caused by riding the bike for six months with the unresolved KTRC fault. I received a quote from Mike Hobkins for R8,300 to replace and install the O2 sensor, but Auto Sure is only willing to pay R4,000. Mark at Mike Hobkins insists I must pay the shortfall of R4,300 out of pocket. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering I financed the bike for R149,000 and purchased all my riding gear from them. After informing Mark that the bike is rattling and sluggish, I was told there would be no further correspondence. I am extremely worried that riding the bike in this condition will cause further damage and put me at serious risk. I request urgent, fair, and safe resolution to this matter.

I had a Telkom contract that ended in march of 2021 all paid up with proof of payment never heard from them again and suddenly last month I was apparently in arrears with them with an amount of R283 I picked this up on my clear score app I then went into branch at canal walk and the agent couldn't tell me where that amount came from after more than three years but said it shows on the system and that I owe them that money very rude agent I am really upset about my credit score dropping due to this I never received one phone call or even a an email for this apparent arrears amount I have since just paid the amount but would advice anyone and everyone to not open Telkom contracts as I battled with them during my contract duration.
Feedback since my last complaint regarding a vehicle i purchased from auto pedigree with a full service history which was not the case they have since offered to repair the vehicle they have the vehicle for almost three weeks now and apparently theres a part missing that must be imported from korea and they looking for someone to fit the bill which is unexceptable im single bread winner and a father to 19month old twins boy nd girl i also work shifts and being without a car for almost two months now since vehicle engine packed up its contantly a story from auto pedigree about whos paying for what they offered to fix the car 3weeks ago im still without one pls help
I bought a motor vehicle from auto pedigree on the 27th february this year through finance at a cost of R135 000 the mileage was on 88 000km with FSH they told me that they did not have the original service book but would get another book and get it stamped for me as the service history would be on record i took there word six months later engine seized on 4september i had vehicle towed to hyundai as it was just serviced there for the 90 000 km service i spoke to the dealer principle at hyundai and he told me they would put in a mew engine as manufactures warranty would kick in but cannot do so cause could not trace the service records they only picked up 15 000km service.Hyundai gave me a quote of R91 000 to replace engine auto pedigree lied to me about the full service history and now im sitting with a major problem and told me nothing they can do.im a father of twins boy and girl 16months old my daughter needs constant medical attention and needs to be taken for contant checkups i bought the car from auto pedigree thinking they are reputable but am not so sure now they got paid already so not there problem now.im very unhappy and not sure what to do.
