Cinnabon Clearwater, please do better. Selling old dry cinnabons in those prepacked containers and with a smile! What really irritates me is that I bought that stale **** for my kids. I probably won't support this company ever again.
This company just does not care or listen to you as a customer. Drivers chase money and cant communicate properly. They will call you and not say anything just so it shows when investigated. Even when you prove to them your order was delivered at the wrong adress. Thank goodness there are other options. Be warned!
I have nothing but praise for the Weelee Team. They got my vehicle out there and I received an excellent price for it. They do regular follow ups and respond to emails. There is no hidden cost and my vehicle went from For Sale to Sold in a few short days. I highly recommend them!
I bought a Hisense microwave in September during lockdown. Not even 3 weeks later it started making weird noises when in operation and I noticed from the start when closing the door it sounded like a gunshot. I bought it from Hirsch Home store but I contacted Hisense directly as it was their poor product I wasted my money on. Mind you I copied in the Hirsch store and they didn't even bother to respond. After a few emails between myself and Hisense I realised they could not care less about me and their ****py products. I wanted them to exchange it as it was basically brand new and the last one the store had. They couldn't care less they expected me to send it back and pray it returns after 3 weeks. They were probably so relieved when I stopped mailing and wrote off almost R2000. Enjoy it Hisense I am content knowing that I will never even look at any of your products and neither will any family member as I will warn them about your product!
I called KP to change one of the vehicles on my insurance. I dealt with Tebogo Motaung. He just made the whole experience a pleasure and since when do companies offer to call you back! `Just in case we take a while` was his response. Tebogo has an effortless friendliness about him and took our conversation to a level a little more personal than usual, which I really appreciated as I felt that he actually wanted to give me the best service possible. And good service was exactly what I got. Even though my new vehicle was way more expensive than the old my premium hardly moved. Tebogo said this was my reward for being a loyal KP customer. Just want to say a big thanks to Tebogo Motaung and KP we need more of his calibre please.
Vodacom, why do you guys persist in giving my wife such amazingly pathetic service? She has been your client for many a year. Your Westgate store firstly sells her a contract which no longer exists, Thank you Adrian. She gave up on that place after about 10 phone calls and being asked to e-mail Adrian on a Yahoo adress. Then she cheers up a bit when Vodacom calls and she is able to sort out a contract. And then she waits the whole of yesterday for a lazy, lying RAM courier to deliver her phone. He claims to have been at her workplace twice but couldnt reach her. What is so amazing is that he CAN reach her when he calls to say he has left. I have heard lots of stories about RAM and they are giving VODACOM a rotten name. NOW pretend that you care and give her a call and sort out this mess!
