TELKOM IS A ***** GOVERNMENT COMPANY WITH EMPLOYYES WHO ARE PAID TO DO NOTHING. THEIR CALL CENTRE AND MANAGER ARE EXTREMELY USELESS. THEY STILL HAVE NOT SORTED OUT MY ACCOUNT SINCE LAST YEAR SEPTEMBER, THEY EXPECT ME TO PAY OFR THE FIBRE THAT WAS NOT USED AND REFUSE TO GIVE ME THE FULL EXPLANATION INSTEAD THEY HANDED OVER MY ACCOUNT TO THE LAWYERS MESSING UP WITH MY CREDIT SCORE PLEASE ADVISE OF WHERE TO REPORT THEM AS WE KNOW THAT REPORTING GOVERNEMTN COMPANIES IN SOUTH AFRICA IT IS USELESS AND NOTHING IS DONE ABOUT THIS
I HAVE MADE AN IUTSTANDING PAYMENT ON THE 20th of NOVEMBER AND THEY REP**** OF RECIEVING THE PROOF OF PAYMENT THAT MORNING AND NOW MY UNIT IS STILL LOCKED WHEN THEY HAD A FULL MORNING OF THURSDAY,FRIDAY AND HALFSAY OF SATURDAY TO UNBLOCK AND THEY DECIDED NOT TOO. WISH WY COULD DO THEIR WORK AS THEY DO IT WHEN THEY REMIND YOU OF THE PAYMENT BECAUSE THEY DONT FORGET TO CALL YOU ZILLION TIMES NOW I HAVE SOMETHING IMPORTANT I NEEDED BUT I CANT GET IT BECAUSE SOME STUPOD EMPLOYE DECIDED NOT TO DO THEIR JOB APPARENTLY IT IS MR MARK ADAMS WHO IS NOW NOT PICKING UP THE CALL
Telkom has not resolved my currently situation of them double charming me with the Wi-Fi that was cancelled i have then followed up with them but with no response. Now they have handed over the account messing up with my credit score. Please advise of where I report this further because now, they are ****ing up my name. I THINK I SHOULD TAKE THIS MATTER TO OMBUDSMAN THAT IS WHEN T5HEY WILL RESPOND AND TAKE THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY
This company commits *****. They advertised that they could get a closer date with booking for an ID or passport within 3 to 5 days as they have people inside home affairs and you pay R500 for a passport and R400 for a smart card. They then failed to assist me as I have paid R500 for a passport and they never delivered and now are refusing to pay me the R500 back, but they keep on advertising I am afraid that they will keep on committing ***** to other people. The Lady is Miss Sandika Vasudef using 061 074 1919.If hello peter cannot assist please advise on where else I can report these *****sters
WE WOULD LIKETO REPORT AN EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM AYANDA KHUBEKA WHO FAILED TO ASSIST US FROM OUR BUSINESS CAR CLAIM FOR USIKIZA PROJECTS.MY MANAGER TOLD HOW CRITICAL THIS WAS BUT SHE IS NOT INTERESTED WITH ASSISTING AS SHE READS EMAILS WITH NO RESPONSE AND DOES NOT RESPOND TO PHONE CALLS. WHY IS SHE WORKING AT AN INSURANCE COMPANY IF SHE WON'T ASSIST THE CUSTOMERS. SHE IS UNABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS AND FAILS TO DO HER JOB.
I had a month-to-month contract with Telkom for approximately 3 years where i paid at the beginning of the month On the 31st of July and beginning of August I have been trying to reach them telephonically, but the consultants kept on dropping my call when it's my turn to call and wasted my airtime. I wanted to cancel the month-to-month contract and the fiber was switched off by the 31st of July 2025. But now i am receriving statmeent stating that I owe 2 month instalment for a fiber that was not used for the past 2 months i kept on asking if how do I owe the amount and they are failing to explain or call me and hence that their customer service employees are cutting the call I am not prepare to keep on calling them. Now they are messing up with my score as this will keep on appearing as a non-payment. Now they are failing to explain to me via email and are demanding for me to call them which is extremely not professional
We are currently on our way to cape town from durban we left at 16h45 rout 0146IM The bus driver who took the bus from Durban station to kokstad is extremely rude to the passengers and also driver careless,shouting at other drivers on the road and when he speaks to us he speak rudely as if he's speaking to his kids we are not sure if intercape now hires from the taxi rank and this guy has no manners he threaten to take one of the passenger to police station when the lady said. To him he must speak to us with respect he is extremely rude we are not. Comfortable in this bus.This is the first time we experience this kind of behaviour this means we are no longer safe with intercape if we have people like him as our driver in a long distance trip
I have been using Telkom fiber (Month to month) for the past 3 years till 31st of July 2025 because i was unfairly evicted from where I stay, I then called them first week of August and they kept on dropping the call then I sent an email of cancellation, but they have not cancelled it till now. they are telling me that I owe money for August and September from what they told me that you pay upfront for the fiber but now how are they charging me for an account that worked till 31st of July they are messing up my credit score as I now look like a bad payer with money that i don't even owe them
THE SERVICE FROM THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND REWARD DEPARTMENT IS EXTREMELY POOR.I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO ASSIST MY AUNT WHO IS 88 YEARS OLD IN GETTING HER VOUCHERS AS I NORMALLY DO BUT NOW I FORGOT THE PASSWORD BUT WHEN I DO THE PROCEDURE IT KEEPS ON TELLING ME THAT THE USERNAME IS WRONG AND I KNOW THE USERNAME BUT WHEN I CALLED FOR ASSISTANCE THEY FAILED TO ASSIST KEPT ON MOVING ME TO EVERY DEPARTMENT AND WASTED MY AIRTIME. I THEN SENT AN EMAIL STILL NO PROPER RESPONSE OF ASSISTNACE.I RECENTLY CALLED AGAIN WAITED FOR APPROXIMATELY 15 MINUTES WHEN IT WAS MY TURN THE CALL WAS DROPPED. NOW QUESTION IS, IS THIS HOW THEY HELP ELDERLY PEOPLE OR ARE THEY DOING THIS ON PURPOSE TO KEEP THE VOUCHERS FROM ELDERLY PEOPLE FOR THEMSELVES
Capitec Bank is a **** bank how could they allow a third party to deduct without my approval and there are no reversals or disputs even though they act as if they have on their internet banking
