Customer Service advisor told me she can't assist because SHE MUST CATCH HER LIFT????? Was Rude SHOUTED at me Spoke over me Placed me on Mute to avoid my Call Deleted my package completely Refused to upgrade my package Blamed the systems Transferres me blindly Dropped the call It's no wonder people are moving over to Netflix.
<p>Ive reached some unforseen tough financial roads and need some assistance in getting back on track. I've taken the decision to act soon to avoid debt letters. Instead of undergoing Debt review and paying next to nothing on my outstanding loans with Standard Bank, Im making an effort to reach out to do the right thing. Ive submitted documents to the Credit Assist Team but have had no response after 3 days. Very disappointing.</p>
<p>Waited nearly an hour and a half for a pizza delivery that never arrived. Called to follow it up only to be argued with over the phone n later received a cold pizza. Next day went over to the Cafe again, this time I was cross questioned and called a liar by member of staff infront of others. I didnt even know the member of staff.. just wanted some food, extra cheese, hold the drama. As we left feeling humiliated and outraged at the service, frontline staff were still mouthing off. Such a nice place ruined by cafe staff. Spend your money elsewhere folks, never mess with people who do your taxes or cook your food.</p>
On the 27th Jan 2016 I went into the Cape Quarter branch to close my account. I paid the consultant Gabi, for the next 2 months for the remainder of my contract and was told there's a problem with the system so will email me a cancellation letter later that day, this never happened. A week later money was debited from my account. I contacted the branch who never seems to know about the issue and refuses to call me back. Telling all my buddies about it so they don't fall victim to same type of negligence and bad service.
Standard Bank Employees claim \pay more on your account so it reduces your interest"... Well I drove to the Canal Walk branch today (closest to my area) to pay the outstanding balance in full and close my credit card account only to be told that I cant pay to settle my dues before the time"
