Started getting SMSes from PEP because someone used my phone number. Reached out to PEP, who told me to reach out to Tenacity; no reponse.
I started getting SMSes asking for latest payslips or bank statements for a person that is not me. So someone is trying to set up an account with my phone number. I reached out to PEP support, who are no help at all.
I ordered a product on 22 January 2022, part of the message I received was: "If the order has not been fulfilled within 20 working days, kindly notify us so that we can assist you with regards to where the product is and when it will arrive." After 20 working days (20 Feb) I emailed them asking about it, after which they let me know the product isn't available. - Why does you not proactively let customers know when something is not available and offer a refund straight away 1 March 2022 I received: "Kindly note that the accounts department is busy with the refunds. Unfortunately, we had a backlog with the refunds. We will forward you a confirmation once the refund has been processed" Today, still no money or further response from the company
I have upgraded my ADSL line from a 4MB to a 10 MB line in April, but haven't even been able to enjoy a week of decent speed. About 5 weeks ago after yet another complaint , someone came through and sorted out the line and it was fine for a few days, when it went back again. I basically always have the speed of a 2MB line and when I phoned again last week, they even told me my line was synching at 2MB, but nothing happens. I've been on the phone 4 times in the last 5 weeks and nothing simply happens. <br> <br> I have now been paying for a 10MB line since April and have not received anything close to what I'm paying for.<br> <br> It is unbelievable that Telkom as a company are able to still exist, with their bullshit monopoly and service.
