Yesterday my mother went to Steers in Elridge in Boksburg Bartlett, she set for 1 hour 45 minutes after ordering a chicken meal. The worst put is they were not communicating with her pertaining to her order, they just continued with other orders and didn't bother informing if they are having any issues. All other customers were being served. The service is unacceptable and disgusted by the lack of professionalism.
I sent an email pertaining to my account being deducted an amount of R750 twice after canceled the second sim card 3 months ago. No one has contacted me cause as far as I know my agreement with rain is R499, so the 2months what is it for and I want my refund.
The waiters and waitresses are extremely rude at the Dobsonville Something Fishy, firstly they do not have their close signage visible, secondly acknowledging a client and politeness would not kill you. I'm disgusted by the lady and gentleman who were closing 26 August 2022 at 9:00pm
Worst client service ever. I have been trying for over a year to cancel a contract that is ten years old and to date have been unsuccessfull. I have been debited large amounts that is not even my installment. The consultant in client care are unprofessional and absolutely unhelpful.. I've never been so appalled by client service in my life .. I am also in the client care industry and this would never be a accepted in my industry. I applied for debt review in 2015 and according to the forms I signed I could withdraw at anytime, (form 16),in 2018 I requested to withdraw from my debt review and I will pay my debtors myself, which I did and settle most of them. When I was requesting the form 17.2 for withdrawal I was and still being sent from pillar to post. All I want is the same assistance they gave me when they agreed to help, now I'm told I can't get the forms, yet I see other debt counselors giving their clients 17.2 withdrawal forms with no hussle. I'm tired of not being taken seriously. I need this sorted out as in yesterday.
U poured petrol this morning and there was none poured. The petrol attends were rude and not willing to help. Telling me to wait so that I can see and I'm on my work. This is by far the worst service I've ever received and they are not even willing to help in any way.
