Constantly being debited after cancelling, which there was no installation and I lost for four days of work streaming with absolute appalling speeds of 3mbps but paying for 100mbps.
Still have not received support from Tashreeq, Vumatel were doing maintenance on the line on Friday night and our speed dropped to 3 Mbps on a line I should be getting a 100mbps. Tashreeq asked for speed test I did that she asked to take the wan cable out and reboot all devices I did that, she asked me to plug the cable direct to the ONT and do a speed test I did that yet that wasn't enough she wanted a picture of it like as if I am not doing as requested. After that request I phoned the call centre, there were no managers to contact they also couldn't even log the fault with Vumatel. To sum it up don't ever waste time using RSA Web services are never available when you need them.
Support is an absolute joke, I had to WhatsApp them as they didn't bother calling after logging a ticket the previous day before they closed. When I WhatsApp them they couldn't care to call or took long to respond to my messages and now there is a nation wide outage. I went from 1 issue a month to multiple in my first week with this ISP. Touted as the number 1 ISP by hippo, clearly that is not deserved.
I gave this estate agency 2 months notice as I was buying a house and were well aware, due to it being early cancellation, they decided to charge me cancellation fees and 1800 on cutting a small lawn and on top of that charge me another fee because they couldn't find a tenant, the audacity to do this is absolutely sickening. So I effectively don't get my deposit.
I phoned to cancel my contract, spent over 20 minutes with an agent constantly wasting my time to get me on another deal, told them wanted the contracted cancelled which she said she would and offered 1GB WhatsApp bundle to keep the number in use which I eventually agreed because I was told I could cancel it anytime. I recently looked at the app and my messages, they only cancelled the contract cover and left me with this extra bill to pay, I tried calling the other day and spent more than 15 minutes waiting to no avail. Cancel my contract and stop wasting my time.
So I unfortunately had the bad experience of dealing with Carmen from Delia Kruger attorneys, when buying a house they were assigned to do the transfer. Everything was going smoothly until they waited 6 weeks for the municipality to give them a clearance certificate, they couldn't bother to find out what was taking so long and the estate agent had to investigate for me by going to the municipality and going to the house to prove that the apparently broken water meter was actually working. Two days after that we got the clearance certificate, we were also told we could give notice when clearly things were far from being sorted so now forced to pay occupational rent. Still waiting another 2 weeks for the certificate from the municipality. Took almost two weeks at the deeds office and when it registered had to wait four days for documentation. If I ever sell will not bother to go with Delia Kruger attorneys as Carmen was always vague and didn't bother to give me proper answers. If I didn't call the estate agent and investigate about the clearance certificate we would still be paying occupational rent. I didn't expect such a lack of empathy and work rate from attorneys.

Use of AI has absolutely added no value as I had purchased the rain router with the data pro rata after a few days I cancelled it as I had my fibre installed. Sent the email was acknowledged and then get debited the next month, phone the call centre told it would be refunded. Only when I actually went to the rain store found it that it was not in cancellation and that I need to bring the router. None of this was mentioned when I cancelled and called because when I called it was most likely AI.
Worst repair I've ever experienced, sent it for repairs after a month finally got a response from them they repaired it but were unable to do diagnostics so I was told it will be under manufacturers warranty to replace the motherboard which I agreed now they telling me I owe 1000 in repairs when it 267 rand what's the point of having insurance with Vodacom if they don't cover a phone that would cost just double that to replace
The agents always kept me up to date when I needed the fibre installed and checked everything went smoothly.
