I ordered a red gaming chair but an ORANGE one was delivered to me. No explanation nothing just an orange instead of red chair
On the 3rd of July I went to drop my son off at Park Station Johannesburg to board Intercape bus to Bloemfontein. At the check-in station we were greeted by this lovely lady with a beautiful warm and welcoming smile her name is Thando. She was so helpful and extremely professional I would like to appreciate this young lady for her professionalism. KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT JOB THAT YOU ARE DOING AND THANK YOU SO SO MUCH THANDO
I bought an HP Laptop at OK furniture Sam Ntuli mall Katlehong in December 2023 for my son who is studying in Bloemfontein UFS. My son experienced problem with the laptop it was extremely slow so I went to OK furniture where i bought it and explained the problem with a laptop. Spoke with Thato who advised me to tell my son to take the laptop to the nearest OK furniture in Bloemfontein which he did on the 09 April was handed over to Ellis and was told they will call him with the feedback. 2weeks later on the 23rd they still haven't contacted him, I went to OK furniture katlehong to inquire about the laptop spoke with Thato who called their store in Bloemfontein and spoke with Ellis who told him that the laptop it's still at their store cos she's struggling to get hold of the supplier. Thato assisted her by sending her the supplier's contact via email. On the 1st May I went to OK furniture katlehong again to get an update spoke to Thato who again call OK Bloemfontein asked for Ellis but she was not at work he spoke with the manager Mr Zol who told Thato the laptop was picked up by HP supplier for the repairs but I didn't believe him cos he didn't even ask for the customer's name or account number then the following day I decided to directly call the Bloemfontein store and spoke with Ellis who told me that my son's laptop is still at their store cos she still waiting for Thato to send her the suppliers contact then I told her that but Thato did sent her the supplier's contact i was with him then she said "I AM NOT ALWAYS ON THE EMAIL " that confirmed my suspicions about the manager that he was lying when he said the laptop was picked up by HP supplier . On 02 May I called their Head office spoke with Michelle who advised me to put my complaint in writing by sending an email and I did just that, later on the same day I received an sms to acknowledge my email reference number: 054935-01. A week later still haven't received any feedback or update I sent another email which I didn't get any response. Then on 10th May I went to OK furniture katlehong and spoke with the store manager who promised to call me back on Monday the 13th with the feedback but he never did. It's been a month and 5days now since my son's laptop was handed over to Ellis for repairs at their Bloemfontein store. No-one cares even their Head office is useless I reported the incident with them with a hope of getting assistants but they just ignore my follow up email. I bought that laptop for my son to make his studying easier but now he is suffering because of INCOMPETENCE, UNPROFESSIONAL, ******** AND EXTREMELY HORRIBLE SERVICE .THE JUST DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS WELLBEING I'm tired of running after them all I want is a new laptop cos they failed to take this one for repairs even if the do take it for repairs my son doesn't have time to wait for it while it's been repaired. It exam time now he needs to study not stress about OK FURNITURE Regards Portia Khumalo
On the 07th Dec 2021 I called Mtn call centre to cancel the data contract, I spoke with Sanelisiwe who told me she is cancelling the contract but will officially be cancelled on the 7th January 2022 since I have to serve 30days notice. On the 13th January 2022 I called again to confirm the cancelation cos I could see that I still have data. I spoke with the lady who told me my contract was NOT canceled, she told me she'll cancel it and it will take 3days to cancel but unfortunately I have to pay the amount of R539.00 month end which I asked that why should I have to pay for their mistake Then she transferred me to another lady who told me that she's escalating the matter to the supervisor via email and I will receive a call within 48-72 hours.she gave me ref number 1-11449239621 No-one called me until I called again on the 24th January and spoke with Ron who told me my contract was canceled on the 13th January but I still have to pay R539.00 month end of January, I asked again why should I pay for their mistake and incompetence? but I didn't not get an answer, I was given ref number 1-13660192621.
someone who introduced himself as Shaun from Mr Price Mobile called me regarding a package and about someone called me yesterday regarding the same package, which confusses me and when i told him that i don`t know what was he talking about and i never talked to anyone regarding the package i asked him to explain further, he just said \ok you said no-one called you thank you bye"and he hung up which left me even more confused and worried"""
We went to Durban last weekend and we booked accommodation at Hotel Cube morningside, service was perfectly on point from security guarding cars, warm welcome at the reception, rooms were beautiful, clean, neat and very fresh. Breakfast in the morning was divine and the staff were professional and friendly, we were very impressed and happy with their excellent, professional <br> and on point service.<br> <br> Thank you to Thabisile, security, kitchen staff, cleaning staff, waiters , waitresses and management. keep up the GOOOD work guys you rock!!
yesterday we were went to Foschini at Chris Hani Mall, we got to the door at 17:40 to our suprise the door was closed and the lady who was at the door told us that the store is closed but the trading hours on the very same door says 09:00 - 18:00 when we asked her about the trading hours and she looked at us as if we were was crazy and stupid and said WE ARE CLOSED when my friend told her that she want to pay her account she told her to go to Sport Scene and pay there. we asked her for her name because she did not have her name tag on she answered with an attitude and said Tumi we asked her to call the store manager she refused and shutting the door on our faces we felt like a beggers. we stood by the door waiting until young guy came to the door then we said him to came the manager and when the manager who did not bother to even greet us got there she just looked at us and said open the door no apology what so ever. we were so pissed to think that we knocked off at work at 16:00 drove from Rivonia to Chris Hani mall only to get such unprofessional and bad attitude
