I have been trying for more than 2 monthscto STOP my policy, but they just ignore all my emails. I do it in writing as it is the only proof I have that its done. It's costing me extra money to drive up and down to the bank to reverse the payment. Now I got another automated email where they tell me AGAIN that they will debit my account on the 19th!!!!!
On 14 August I posted a negative review on ZipZap. Warren from ZipZap contacted me an in 24 hours my problem was solved. I would like to say THANK YOU to everyone involved. I am SUPER happy and would carry on to recommend ZipZap!!!!
I send various emails and get no reply from ZipZap. My machine is giving trouble and I'm losing clients as they prefer to pay via card. I don't know how to solve the problem.
I have been retrenched from my job in 2018. Nedbank phoned me to make an arrangement for repayment on my credit card. I explained my situation, the agreed that I could pay off the account at R300 per month. Two weeks later another person phoned me. Nothing on their system about the arrangement. I explained everything and again made an arrangement to pay it off at R300 a month. I've been getting so many calls after that from Nedbank. Sometimes 3 to 4 calls per day. After repeating myself so many times, hoping that a note will be made on their system, they still phone me. All these calls have been recorded on my phone. Today another guy phoned me, I told him that I have made my payments every month as per the arrangements I made and he told me that there was no special arrangement on my account and that my account have now been handed over to their legal department. How is this possible? Does Nedbank really employ uneducated staff, that can't make notes after making a payment arrangement with a client or could there be another suspicious reason behind this?????
I had over R800 credit of airtime on my phone. My reoccuring monthly data were stopped when we had a issue on my son's phone. It had nothing to do with my phone, but Vodacom changed my package. When the change was made, I lost my airtime and data. I have paid for it why should I lose it???? We had to make many calls to vodacom to get issues resolved and still they messed it up. I have been with Vodacom for many years, and always had a well structured package. I asked them to stop the additional phone, still not done...... And my account is messed up. I never requested any changes on my phone

I have a credit card with Nedbank and for the past few months they have decided to change the due date of my payment from the 25th of every month to the 23rd. I don't get statements, so I have no idea what I owe them or what the monthly installment on the card is. I have been trying to keep it up to date by paying amounts that I think I owe them. I have been getting numerous calls where they inform me that I'm in arrears and every time I would explain this to them, but the consultants are rude and don't listen to what I actually discuss with them. They don't care what my story is, they just want to make a point by telling me that I'm in arrears. I'm now tired of this!

After having lots of trouble with our claim, there were three people that went out of their way to assist with our claim and did an exceptional job!!
