I am absolutely disgusted with the recent service I received at NetFlorist. It was my sister's birthday on the 17th of September, so I placed an order for cake and flowers on the 14th. I then called the call centre on the morning of the 17th to confirm that the order will be going out and I was assured it was. When I called again just before 5pm, which in my opinion was already unacceptable, I was told the cake was only then being loaded onto the delivery truck, nevermind the fact that my sister & her family already had dinner reservations to get to. To my horror my sister never received her birthday cake which was meant to be a part of her birthday dinner celebrations. I am appalled, mortified, beyond livid & just totally disgusted with Netflorist's appalling services or lack thereof. The next morning when I called the agent told me the driver never returned with his delivery sheet nor is he taking calls. Another cake was sent with a new driver, but this is unacceptable because I thought Netflorist specialised in special occasions!!! I received a pathetic email stating that it was too late for e driver to deliver on the 17th so why the hell would I have taken the time to place the order on the 14th?!!!! Nobody treated this with any urgency or made a plan to get that delivery on time. Needless to say I will NEVER use Netflorist again, have asked our PA to cancel their services and have informed all our clients NOT to do business with such a disgusting company, not to mention you get charged for delivery for EVERY item ordered even if it's going to the same address!!! and their prices are no unjustifiably high considering service levels are shocking!!!
I am appalled by the absolutely poor customer service. I noticed a year ago that I was being debited double my initial premium. When I queried this, an extremely rude consultant told me I was also paying for the insurance on the unit, which I don't recall asking for. However I asked her to cancel the insurance & continue with just the premium, but to provide written confirmation of our conversation. I received nothing so I stopped the debit order. I continued to received messages stating I am in arrears (the totals being the incorrect amounts). Now I receive a message I've been handed over to legal. I cannot get hold of the said legal nor can I reach Tracker. I sent an email to cancel my subscription with detailed reasons & in return I'm told my account was cancelled in October 2019 as per my request, no apologies, no attempt to remedy the inconvenience. So if my account was cancelled last year, why am I owing Tracker anything!! Absolute rubbish service and your staff need customer-centric training!!!
I have been a regular customer of Homechoice but their recent service delivery levels have dropped to shocking proportions. I ordered a bedding set and literally each item was delivered separately without contacting me to confirm delivery. So basically they were just dumped at my unit whilst I was away at work. I also did not receive the item as described on the website, I was given something different due to lack of stock according to them. Again I was not offered a refund or advised of the lack of stock. The last item I was expecting has now gone missing. Apparently it was received by a third party that I have no knowledge of which could mean anything, it could have been delivered to a random stranger and I am being billed for this. Even more disappointing is that I had a lengthy discussion at head office level expressing my frustration and it clearly has fallen on deaf ears. Shocked and Disgusted!!!
I am extremely annoyed with Avis Car Rental who normally offer a professional service. I rented a vehicle at Cape Town International Airport which was already paid for with my Mango ticket. the consultant went on to charge me again and take a holding deposit of just over R2.3K on my credit card. Once I returned home to Jhb, I queried this with Avis customer care whereby the consultant confirmed that the Mango voucher will be immediately redeemed and my deposit returned in 5days. It has now been 10days and neither situation has been corrected. I called Avis again only to be cut-off twice. Extremely annoyed and disappointed, I expect better from a professional company!
I am absolutely appalled with the service delivery of Homechoice. I placed an order in December 2017 and followed up in Jan.2018. Only when I called was I told the order was cancelled due to lack of documentation which was never requested during the sale. I asked to have it re-ordered & sent through docs. Called again and was advised the order was never issued and I need to send docs which I already sent through. Called again for an update and was told no order on the system and the customer needs to send docs. This is beyond shocking, it's actually disgusting customer service. I will never be using Homechoice again!!!
This service was booked via the website and confirmed on email. Payment in full was requested prior to the service. I called a day before to confirm everything I required and that all was in order. The cleaner showed up clueless to the requirements, the job at hand and without equipment. The company then made an excuse that proper execution will be delivered later. I received no communication throughout the day and returned to my home left completely open and no cleaner in sight. Furthermore my home was not cleaned to required specifications nor according to the attached list of duties emailed by the company itself. The company went on to make further excuses and invoiced me immediately rather than even offering a compensation or secondary clean-up at no charge. Remember this service was already paid for in full. I will never recommend this company and I urge you not to use such a bunch unprofessional people who are nothing less than con-artists!
Exceptional service and professionalism received from the staff at Man With A Van. Their great attitude and attention to detail was very comforting during what tends to be a stressful time. Punctual, Professional & Personable - I will highly recommend this company.
at the time of purchase I was promised that I would receive my delivery on Saturday morning. I work during the week so this was my only option. I've waited all morning & afternoon and no delivery. The courier company does not answer the phone or have a reliable dispatcher. I will not be purchasing from Homechoice again!!!
