Terrible experience at reception/admissiom. The lady Esther takes HOURS to admit people who have serious conditions we are sitting here for hours some for 5+ and not because there is no beds it’s because she is slow at her job and has a BAD attitude
This was the most horrific stay of my life. Southern sun Newlands please revamp your hotel I paid R4500 for ONE night to stay in a room that stinks like tobacco has old carpets and a yellow stained bathroom - pls contact me for pictures if you would like to see the quality of your hotel. Your staff are amazing but this is a *******! I could barely sleep this night wondering if the bed was clean! I am mortified !!!!!!
Lined ordered in July for activation 1 August it is now 12 August and I still have no internet at home. I call a thousands times get placed on hold for an hour at a time with people promising to take action but here I am again. No word your team

Really not impressed with how you catch your clients out. My bill went up by double last month because apparently I was on a promotional service which nobody informed me would go up by double. In today's economy it is NOT ok to catch us out like this with unexpected increases. Be Tra sparing with your clients so they can make the best decision for their budget.

What is happening to the quality of your service?? I am moving homes in the next few weeks and cannot get assistance. 1. The website portal won't allow me to change my address 2. The call centre drops the calls on me 3. When I call back I am told to enter a password verification which I never get the SMS for How do I do this Mweb can someone please help.
OVER 20 YEARS OF LOYALTY gone down the drain. I have been a client of STB for all of my professional life, after missing 1 or 2 payments (unknowingly) on my credit card and then making it up by repaying almost double over the last few months - I have been refused a home loan as a first time young buyer. Thanks Standard bank. Yours sincerely as I move to a new bank who actually cares about their clients.
I have been trying to remove myself from defaults and have emailed Standard bank on so many occasions with my letters. My credit score still remains impacted and I do not get responses from any of the emails I try.
