I waiting for FNB to deliver my cheque account in courier bag and come to my house and sign form on clip board Never till 3 days ago. Bad lies again and empty promises.
Our convient stores are not giving our deposits back. This happen before and these stores were given our because a represitve can to stores. Is it advise on the coca cola advertising board. please help our Heathfield people.
The lady at the pay counter, Charmaine Jacobs , must be acknowledged for her patients and makes eye contact when client ask something pertaining to goods Buco sells. Well done Charmaine! You might not know but others see and can compliment you.
I was amazed at refund was dealt with out a receipt which is Buco the policy must have a receipt with details of payment. Charmaine Jacobs made some calls to other and got the of when I purchased, what purchase and she was ready with the credit refund register and I had to sign on places and date the received form and immediately, The reason why I so Charmaine Jacobs took 5 mins to refund my purchase without the the purchase slip of purchase. I went to Buco Bergvliet where I met Mr. Recardo Edwards today. He was so professional and patient with me and provided me of that I need with the earth spike, of which I dont have clue what's he talking about. He had patience to take in store and explained to me purpose of I need to install with the earth spike and even demonstrated gave reasons why that must be installed. That service are we loosing in our business, how we treat our customers.
I called HR with a complaint about an employee on 18 February 2019. The HR position is a male and spoken very nice at first but when I was not finish speaking he interrupted and I asked his name. He refused to give his name although in my opening of the conversation I introduced myself with my name and the purpose of my call. During the conversation when interrupted me and I told him I am not yet finish speaking , he said he will put down the phone . I remained silent and he was talking to another person at the same time. I kept on saying hello, hello, hello and I could hears voices in background. Probably left the phone on the desk but not not disconnect. I put the phone down after waiting 5 minutes on my cellphone. This is so unprofessional for HR position.
Vodacom ignoring a complaint which cannot resolve Since October 2017. Their customer service centre is so useless ,all about creating emails and ref numbers , but that means absolutely NOTHING. Not a single consultant can fulfill their duties. The Worst Network in SA, lies are specialty.
This matter of which I am constantly lied to as it the Matter is ongoing since 0ctober2017 , just a matter interest, the problem is with VODACOM 3G TAB some of my scripts are hand written to take the names to whom I spoke and never came back to me. Well when you call in they say" for security reasons, this call MIGHT be recorded. I sure hope so cause next step forward. I will you my handwritten names, date and time I even emailed the screenshots. I am received another stating the AR ....number and the matter is closed , then they got the audacity to install a Booster. That didn't help and they asked me ask 5 Vodacom if they also experience the problem. My reply was " does your supervisor know how you speak to clients. He interrupted me and said why don't i use another network.
I have emailed my problem I am having with Vodacom since October 2017. Every day I receive 5 identical sms sent by Vodacom. . I emailed Charne Petersen and Jared in customer care service I had to wait 14working days. On the 16th day I had phone in and they want all my details to start again . I referred them to Charne as she was handling my matter.Done everything they instructed me, even doing a sim swop. Nobody at vodacom is competent enough ,all they can " I apologise..... But the matter is not resolved , i even sent them hundred of screenshots, no joy. Now they simply ignoring me.
Vodacom has being trying to resole my identical SMS's I everyday since October 2017. Did everything that was requested of me. Even tried sim swop and waiting for feedback which is 14 working days...,and its almost 28 and I am still waiting fir feedback.
