Bmw Parts Warranty woes
I bought a part(oil cooler) from BMW pinetown in Aug 2024. The car is mixing oil and water in the water bottle. They are refusing to replace and want to charge me for stripping and verifying that the part is defective or not.

Worst car dealership
I purchased a vehicle from the dealership in Umhlanga. The battery was not working and asked them to replace it. In 6 months the replacement battery died as well. Just cars was ****** and didn’t want to assist with the warranty. Discovered that they fitted an old and defective battery. I would recommend that buy from them.

Cartrack only cares about making money
Im really disappointed with cartrack customer service. Ive been with the company for close to 5 years. My vehicle was written off at the beginning of the month; the 3rd. Now they want to debit me again stating that there is a 20 business day period. The car was in an accident and i couldn’t forsee the incident.

Urbanbeast scam
I ordered an item from the website. I received confirmation of the payment from my account and nothing else after. I suspect this is a scam and the company doesn’t exist.

terrible service at standard bank
I requested a settlement from the bank; was sent from pillar to post. Was given a settlement then was asked to wait for a balance adjustment which took a long time. Different people telling me different stories. Eventually settled; now sending a paid up letter is an issue.

Terrible Service from Standard Bank Cards
My standard bank account was sold to a third party. I wanted a statement for when the account was sold and was told that i couldnt get it. The third party raised interest of 80% and said that was what i owed Standardbank which was untrue. Ive had no Joy from Standardbank.

Mango Horrible service
I booked a flight from Cape town to Durban for 2 adults. The browser autocompleted both the names to me me. The birth dates were right. When i corrected to the right name i was charged a name change fee...while its not a change but a correction since its the same person.

Vumatel lack of service
The guys arrived to install the line on Monday. They told me that they encountered a technical issue and would return the next day. The guys are not answering the phones and in stuck without internet.
