Good day, Few weeks ago or a little over a month ago my friend and I visited the Miele Menly Maine store as he said it's highly recommended for the kind of appliance I was looking for! We were welcomed by a pleasant lady who offered to assist with price catalogues, explained though roughly different options etc. I must say that even though we did not close on sale, the brand will stick with us because of staff like Mmabatho Mputhi! Keep it up!
Our Executive in one of the South African banks introduced what seemed to be a genuine awesome Educational alternative to Udemy as an example. But this company really disappointed me a lot. First after my trial subscription ended they automatically debitted my credit card $299 right off the bat. They subsequently refunded almost same day with charge fees. Two day later they fraudulently debit $697 from my account without no courtesies whatsoever. I spoke to Katie and even though response seems decent, debitting my account without consent is bad reputation to you as a brand. Anyways, please refund my money in full.
I've had terrible experience and absolute lack of feedback from BankMed with my recent double debit order. I called several times and initially I thought Olwethu Mnyamana will assists but that's never gone anywhere! Another lady by the name of "Natasia Fick", optimistic that she will resolve the issue as promised on the 29th January 2021. I'm yet to receive my refund nor feedback. If I had a chance, I'd definitely switch to another Medical aid. Horrible customer service. BANKMED, you have my bank details, please refund my money ASAP.

I received my salary on the 29th October 2015. Every other occasion they delivered to me on time. For our waybill number TCG5825692 I waited until 11 am then called. i was told my parcel was left behind in Joburg but would definitely arrive the next morning. The next day I called to arrange delivery only to be told my parcel still wasn't with them it took another day for the parcel to be delivered. In this time I had booked a premises to do the work on my clients car based on wht I was told by the courier guy. this cost me R1000 each day. On the day it was finally delivered I was promised the stock by 9am it arrived after 11am meaning i wasted another half a day.
