Brandssa and Aeg I would not touch again. My Mother has had to go through not being able to cook in an oven since the 23rd May 2023 when I put this oven in her home for her 95th BIRTHDAY PRESENT. I feel like going to the Newspapers as well as the fact that the technician himself told me that ALL OVENS nowadays have WET ELEMENTS which make the whole house trip is the biggest load of ******* I have ever heard. My daughter went to Knysna and bought herself an oven from the shop drove home and installed it and has been happily using it ever since and I am still looking like an idiot to my whole family for inconveniencing my Mother after my father passed away ON THE 13TH MAY 23 by trying to do something nice for her that would help her during load shedding. WHAT A MISTAKE BUYING SOMETHING ON LINE FROM BRANDSSA!!!!! SO EMBARRASSING I CANNOT EVEN BEGIN TO TELL YOU!!!!!!!!
ZERO RATING. EVERY TIME I GET TOLD I WILL GET A TECHNICIAN COMING TO FIX MY 95 YEAR OLD MOTHERS STOVE. I PAID R11000 FOR A GAS STOVE THROUGH BRANDSSA. THEY DELIVERED A STOVE THAT HAD AN ELECTRIC OVEN AND GAS HOB EVEN THOUGH I WANTED A gas GAS STOVE AS ADVERTISED. I DECIDED TO CONNECT IT SO THAT I WOULD NOT INCONVENIENCE MY MOTHER WHO IS 95 YEARS OLD. THE OVEN TRIPPED ALL THE PLUGS IN THE HOUSE FROM THE FIRST TIME IT WAS TURNED ON. WE WERE TOLD BY THE TECHNICIAN THAT THE ELEMENT IS WET AND WE MUST TRY AND DRY IT OUT. IT WAS TO FAR FOR HIM TO DRIVE FROM GEORGE TO PLETTENBERG BAY. THIS WAS A PRESENT FOR MY ELDERLY MOTHER FOR HER BIRTHDAY SO THAT SHE COULD COOK DURING LOAD SHEDDING. INSTEAD I MADE HER LIFE A MISERY WITH ALL HER OVERSEAS GUESTS NOT BEING ABLE TO USE THE OVEN. I AM STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND EVEN THOUGH I REPORTED THIS ON THE 23RD JUNE 23!!! BEWARE OF ONLINE PURCHASES AS THEY DO NOT WANT TO SWOP OUT THE ITEMS OR REFUND YOU. IF I HAD BOUGHT THIS IN A SHOP THEY WOULD HAVE INSTALLED IT FOR ME PROBABLY FOR FREE AND TAKEN THE STOVE AWAY IMMEDIATELY AND REPLACED IT WITH ONE THAT WORKS!!! AEG PHONES DONT WORK EITHER YOU GET CUT OFF EVERY TIME YOU CALL THEM!!!
