I bought rice from checkers woodlands boulevard not too long ago, Opened it yesterday and started cooking it just to find that the rice was worm invested. This is absolutely rediculous and this is what checkers is selling to the public.
Received excellent service from this restaurant and the food tasted great. Will definitely be back in future.
I’ve been phoning king price for 3 days now. I want to cancel my policy!!! They are rediculously expensive and they give terrible service.
Very disappointed in the poor service received from Refinery Kollonade montana Park. Entering the shop Tumi Masetela couldn’t even greet. Thereafter I asked her politely to get the top from one of the rails that was to high to reach and she done it with a terrible attitude still not greeting or applying any customer care. I decided not to purchase the top and hung it back onto one of the lower clothing rails. Leaving the shop Tumi felt the need to come after me and take me on about it, to tell me that she gave the top to me in my hand and I should’ve given the top back to her in her hand again when I decided not to take it. I feel that this is really unacceptable and Tumi didn’t even have the decency to greet or offer assistance in the first place but she could come after me to tell me how things work in the shop. If this is how customers are treated by Refinery then I don’t know. Tumi Masetela has a bad attitude and does not know how to treat customers.
Trifocus is the biggest scam. They make promises that they can’t keep. Quick to take the money but deliver the worst service ever and they don’t know the proper way to do research. They kept sending research project back for changes that wasn’t even necessary. They drag the whole process out for nothing and almost made me loose a job opportunity. Worst place ever wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
Terrible service. They make use of South African ladies and they cannot do Thai massages at all. One of the young ladies even injured my mother. When making the appointment they make it sound so glamorous but then they don’t even massage for the amount of hours you pay for. After my complaint they promised to get back to me but never did. Absolutely rediculous and a rip off.
I am really disappointed in the service that I am receiving from this company “KING PRICE”. I had a accident in May 2017 and till today 27th September, my car is still not fixed. The first panel beater my car was sent to, Van Zyl’s Panel Beaters done a terrible job, to such extents that the car came back with extra damages to sections that was not even part of the accident. This makes me wonder what type of people/companies KING PRICE is trusting with our vehicles. Thereafter my vehicle was sent to another panel beater, Smash Autobody that gave me excellent service from the moment I stepped foot in their building but the Assessor, Chris Du Plessis dragged out the whole process, he doesn’t answer his phone, never gets back to me and doesn’t reply on emails. It’s already the end of September and still my vehicle is in the same condition. The panel beater is waiting on the assessor for any authorization before they can move forward with the job. This is very frustrating as nobody wants to help. When I contact the insurance all they do is put me through to different people that does nothing about the situation. This is becoming rediculous and causing me to regret choosing KING PRICE as my insurance. There’s absolutely no insurance.
Endless problems with third party Claim. Person handling the claim was Tarryn De Villiers. She had a bad attitude and acted as if I was responsible for the accident and not their client. Struggled to get hold of her numerous times, left voicemails and send emails but Mrs De Villers never came back to me. At one stage she even referred me to a Fortune Sithole that was said not to be working for Omnicover any more. When I reacted towards mrs De Villiers due to the bad service I got red flagged and the manager Sarika stood up for her employee and kept saying the manner which I spoke to mrs De Villiers was wrong forgetting what lead me to that point. After all the problems the money that got paid out was less than what the damages cost. Only 85% of the claim was paid out. Mrs De Villiers explained that the assessor spoke to the panel beater and the prices of parts were altered. Omnicover was dishonest and never spoke to the panel beater and the rest of the money had to come out of my own pocket. Very disappointed in the terrible service received from this company.
