Exceptional Service and Quality Vehicle! I recently purchased a vehicle from Willem du Toit at we Buy Cars Polokwane, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, the process was seamless. The staff was incredibly friendly, transparent, and patient, answering all of my questions with detailed information and no pressure. The vehicle I bought was in excellent condition, exactly as described, and they even went the extra mile to make sure it was thoroughly inspected before finalizing the sale. I could tell they take pride in what they offer. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Willem du Toit at We Buy Cars Polokwane to anyone looking for a reliable, well-priced vehicle and excellent customer service.

Dont get me wrong, Love Avon/Justine products 10/10 Customer service is my problem I have not used my account for more than a year, but when I logged in - my account was active, I could make an order and pay from the website. However the order went into credit hold. When I contacted them, they instructed me to re-apply to open the account again. Did this, week later still no action. So I requested a refund. This seems to be an even bigger problem. They keep on requesting the PROOF OF PAYMENT. I have explained multiple times that I did not do an EFT nor a deposit but that I made the payment from my account on their website. The best I can give them is proof of the transaction via screen shots and my bank statement. Bank confirmation letter etc was send on the first mail, which they requested again. The initial problem was 26 March. Almost 3 weeks later, and IF they do reply it is only to request the documentation again as they have not received anything they required. What more can I do? IF you make contact they just indicate that you have to send the mail to creditcontrol.sa@avon.com which i have done with too much documentation as proof that the the MONEY IS SHOWING ON MY ACCOUNT AS A CREDIT. They don't want to send me the goods I paid for - NOR do they want to refund my money and it seems they are not taking me seriously. And when the mails that was answered was done Saturday just before closing and a weekday, just before 17:00 as well - making sure you cant contact them back straight away. R1833 is a serious amount to me - and I want my refund. I don't want to work with you or your products as a result of lazy customer care who does not take their customers seriously. Playing for time!
Worst service from Budget couriers Polokwane. Trevor has no communication skills and certainly no telephone etiquette-when he does not know how to answer when he is in a corner, he simply puts the phone down in your ear. Multiple times. I paid for ONX - it is still not here after two days. When you phone them it is just excuses and empty promises and other customers are prioritized. Luckily the receptionist were friendly and truthful.
In Feb I ordered a sim card from Telkom @ R99 per month - all was done online as I do not have transport to go to a telkom shop. I asked them to port my number. After the sim was delivered I waited 24 hours and still the sim was not working. I phoned them and they said the sim was not setup and I had to go into a branch to port my number to Telkom. I then told them to come and collect the sim - as this is not what I ordered. never heard from them again until lockdown they started deducting R514 from my account. I disputed the debit order and they kept on deducting this obsurd amount which does not even make sense. This is the 3Rd month Telkom deducts R110 on my account - along with my service fees. I have queried this and the lady I spoke to just told me TELKOM DOES WHATEVER THEY WANT. You cant stop this service fee, you cant stop their debit orders - they will just keep on changing their references and or amount to get their money. I was actually advised the best option is to close my account. Telkom deducts this debit order on any date they please and this also inflates my service fees and the fees for non payment! When you call FNB they simply cant reverse the debit order - they cant help you in the branch and refer you from chat to phone and vice versa. How can FNB just allow telkom to deduct service fees from your account - which cant be reversed??

When they want to sell you their products they are easy to get hold of - but when you ask them to go back to the recordings and check I told them to come and collect the sim as it was not what i ordered they simply ignore you.
FNB deducted a debit order which I have been stopping since Feb. On Monday 25 May they contacted me - reversed the debit order only to deduct it again later the same day. When you try to get hold of them, they just send you from one computer to the next ... transfer after transfer. I have tried to contact Platinum life, but they simply dont reply nor contact me. As I said, when you use the app to communicate they tell you to call the call center as they cant assist. And when you call, they tell you to use the app ... Nobody wants to help you until you complain publically What more can you do to get response from FNB?
Since April, I have been struggeling to have two debit orders previously stopped reversed. When you call the call center they tell you to use the app - and when you use the app, they refer you to the call center. I went to my earest branch on Saturday 16 May - the lady assisted me on my app with a dispute on both these debit orders. She told me it will take two working days to process. Till today - NOTHING. When you use the secure chat to follow up they again revert you to the call center and vice versa. FNB is honestly ensuring taking care of big companies during this pandemic and does mind scamming companies like Platinum life taking the food of their small customers tables. This is honestly a joke to them!
