I purchased an item online from Kloppers Bloemfontein. Cancelled the order with Kloppers last week Wednesday. I have requested a refund with ZeroPay, but my emails have just been ignored. Can you please refund my money ASAP?
I purchased a 2.2 kva Gentech generator (Order no: 000258771-90154) and requested a return; as we purchased a 4kva Gentech generator from Leroy Merlin as well (Order no: 000259704-71233) as per our electrician's advise. Generator purchased end of December 2022. I paid the amount for collection of the generator on 3 January 2023 and sent proof of payment. After numerous follow ups and writing a complaint on HelloPeter as they don't bother responding to emails, they finally collected the generator from our home on 18 January 2023. Until today I am still waiting for my refund. I have followed up many times regarding this. They keep asking if the generator was collected already or they say they will follow up and get back to me. Until today after numerous emails sent to them, being completely ignored I am still waiting for feedback and my refund!! If I had known this is the type of service Leroy Merlin provides I would never have purchased anything from them! Stay away from Leroy Merlin!
My order was collected from my home 18 January. Until today I am still waiting for my refund. This is ridiculous! The worst service I’ve ever received! First you take 15 days to come and collect and now it has been 18 days since you collected and still no refund!
I ordered a generator end of December 2022 which I never used as I required a bigger generator. On 2 January I logged a return request. I paid for the couriers to collect my order on 3 January and emailed the proof of payment. Until today I am still waiting for the couriers to collect the generator so that I can receive my refund. Even with the delivery there were issues, only received order a week after the expected delivery date.
I ordered the Transform Neoprene Magnetic Back Support for R229 on 1 November. I received a package with Power Magnetic Posture Sport! I have been cheated! Why send me an incorrect product which I did not order. And this product delivered is only R69 in the shops! It is 3 weeks later and till today I have not received a refund nor delivery of the correct product.<br> <br> Pathetic service. Can't believe people can cheat me out of my money like this! <br> <br> I will never buy products from Groupon again and I do not recommend anyone else to either! You pay a lot of money for some cheap alternative to what you actually order!
So after 2 weeks after Cellc delivered me the wrong phone.. after specifying that I want ROSE GOLD. Today I get delivered a GOLD iPhone 6s. Why is it so hard for Cellc to follow instructions??? Seriously! The most pathetic cellphone network ever! Don't know why I even bothered opening a contract with you!
I am very disappointed with the service that I have received. I ordered an iPhone 6s Rose Gold 64gb on the Epic 150 contract 22/10/2015. 2 days ago (28/10/2015) a courier arrived at my workplace with a silver phone, I therefore sent the phone back. I then called CellC and got told that the woman who placed my order did not even add notes about the colour of the phone I want. I was told to phone CellC in 48 hours. I emailed Queen about my issue on 28/10/2015, but until today I have gotten no response from her. I called CellC again today.. after waiting on hold for 19 minutes, someone picked the phone up and just put down without even saying hello. I then had to call AGAIN..another 17 minutes of waiting, guy named Mathemba picked up and said there is stock of the Rose Gold phone and he will email Queen. Told him until today I haven't heard from her..no response to my email. He said he will tell her to call me because she has to deal with the contract. 2 hours later and still no CALL or EMAIL from her!!!! Now I'm sitting WITHOUT my new phone ON MY BIRTHDAY!!!!
