My mom has been struggling for almost 5 months to get her money from 1st Fortress and then chainex. With every withdrawal request, she muat pay a fee then a gas fee then exhange fee...now it is insurance fee...she doesn't have any more funds to give..how on earth does she get her own funds. It has been back and forth on email forever.
Welkom panarottis - placed a delivery order at 15:45. At 17:45, I phoned to find out where my delivery is, only to be informed that my order was cancelled. So order replaced and hopefully we will receive the order 3 hours later. Another issue, advertised on menu..free 1 litre cok with any 2 large pizzas. Apparently this is only valid ir you collect your order. Doesnt state that on the menu. I spend atleast R500pw at panarotties, 5 large pizzas ordered today..and this is the service received. Poor!
Transferred from pillar to post. Received a call during June to increase my airtime at a small additional fee. Agreed to this. Apparently with this, my contract has now been extended for a further 2 years. Who does this without the option of a new phone ? Query eventually logged, however, could take 14 days to complete. I was advised that I am a client with an exceptional rating, but the service I am currently receiving is not acceptable. Furthemore, received a laptop with sim on new contract, at end of May. Sim still not activated. This is also not been sorted.
After weeks of endless calls and empty promises, my situation was resolved by Roxsan in 4 days. Thank you very much. Your colleagues could learn from you.
Resigned and last working day 8 April. To date I have not received my payout. Several calls made...last was confirmed payout will be thursday 23 June. Phoned again 24th because no funds received. Consultant advised that funds were released, will reflect shortly. Still nothing. As far as I gather, payouts take between 4 to 6 weeks after last working day. We are now at week 12. Really!! Feedback will be appreciated ASAP.
We are currently 7 colleagues with similar complaints. The data usage this month on vodacom has become ridiculous. I have 3 contracts to my personal account and I have had to buy additional data bundles several times this month, which has never happened before. 250 mb is depleted within 2 days by using whatsapp for half a day and then reverting to wifi... this is totally ridiculous. As mentioned above, we are all complaining with regards to the data usage this month. Is there some system error ? Will we be refunded with all the data purchased which has depleted way too quickly... what is the solution ? Perhaps switching to another service provider ?
Receive sms buyANY 2 tshirts or shorts and get cheapest 1 free. Also advertised in store. Once you get to the till, only certain items apply. I will never buy from edgars again.
