Hi Once again i am not getting any joy from vodacom Fibre. Latest excuse is the router(Nokia) internet down since Friday and no feedback on call SR 220930-373437. Please assist.
We had a couple of modifications that needed attention on our Conqueror Companion. We are so please with the friendly staff, always willing to help and going the extra mile. Would highly recomend Conqueror Middelburg. Annas and Loret Well done.
Call logged on the 9th of June for vodacom fibre line outage in Secunda, after numerous calls and operators an appointment was scheduled for 11h30 on Saturday 18 June. It is 12h38 now and still no technician and 9 days without any internet. Every operator escelated the call but no action. No service and no support.
Rudy and his team renovated our pool in Secunda. The pool looks brand new and we are so happy we chose Bakgat pools. The quote was much lower than the competition but the quality was very good. Additional items was done outside quotation without cost. I will recommend Rudy and is team any time
Adsl line down from Wednesday , my neighbour at mwebs line is back now but i still have no service. No DSTV so all our stuff rely on adsl line. Could you please assist as this line has a intermittent fault. Please supply alternative solution while cable replacent take place.
<p>Hi I requested a 4Mbps ADSL line on 25 April 2017. My ref nr is ********** 39. Technician was send to my home and informed me there is no telkom line and they need to install a new line. This is where the call centre gymnastics started. At some stage my call were escelated and the ref nr was 985830. A lady even informed me that they have 30 days to resolve the case. So 30 days is long gone and still no adsl line this is really bad service. Appointment were made for today the 30th once again a no show.</p> <p>I have no idea to really escalate this request as to log a review here.</p> <p>Could you please assist?</p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Mickey</p>
<p>I dropped my Phillips digital recorder of at Powerhouse dictation to have a look as the device did not work. They replaced the device no questions asked. Good day<br> I went in to our local branch to cancel my contract (0732079740) on the 9th of July 2015 and Mr Aaron Mbata helped me and the request number was REQ:5249199. He explained that the contract only expires in September but it will be cancelled. I followed up to your call centre and the lady confirmed last debit order will be end of September. <br> <br> This did not happen and a debit order once again went of on my account. I phone call centre 3 times this morning and got the run around by three different ladys and wrong number for your cancellation department as this is the only way according to Themba, Sian and Zama I can cancel the contract. <br> <br> Please assist<br> Regards<br> Mickey
