BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM NOMANDLA FROM LEROY BOKSBURG BRANCH
I went to Leroy Merlin at BOKSBURG today (1st September 2025) The service i received from NOMANDLA was APPALLING IT WAS DISGUSTING TO THE CORE!!!! THIS NOMANDLA THING has a stinking and disgusting attitude. She chose to assist a WHITE MAN OVER ME!!! i don't know if its because we blacks are perceived as what or are we poor enough for us not to be assisted or is it we too black not to be assisted by her??? I went to the store today, then the guy from the lights department asked NOMANDLA to assist me as i was looking for kitchen accessories, so as she was assisting me a white guy came and interrupted us, while she was busy with me, guess what, she went just left me there hanging and went out of her way to assist the white guy, as i was too black for her to assist me. her colleague had to step in to assist me. When she was done with the WHITE CUSTOMER i told her that i do like how she treats her customers, instead of apologizing and show remorse instead she gave me a stinking attitude telling me that the customer wanted something quickly i asked her, that me coming to the store means i wanted something slowly as he wanted to be assisted quickly?? What she could've done was to tell the customer that she's still busy she will assist him as soon as she's done assisting me, or she could've asked one of her colleagues to assist him instead of leaving me there like a FOOL!!! HER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO POOR SHE NEEDS PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. AND SHE NEEDS TO WORK ON HER STINKING ATTITUDE, SHE WON'T GO FAR IN LIFE WITH THAT KIND OF ATTITUDE. SHE DOESN'T HAVE MANNERS.

Worst Service ever!!!! I was DOUBLE CHARGED for this ****** netflix!!! Now subcribtion is cancelled and my money gone while been double charged for a month

EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE. THE WORST SERVICE EVER
Am so DISGUSTED with the Poor, Incompetent Service of Virgin active Head office Staff!!!! Last year November 2022 i joined the Black Friday special, Feb & March not Supposed to Pay as per their advert!!! February a Debit order was made of which they were NOT supposed to DEBIT AT ALL. put in a query on the 28th of Feb 2023 so that they can Deposit my money back into my account was told to wait for 3-4 working days, on the 9th March i called again was told to wait AGAIN for another 3-4 working days, today (16th March 2023) was told the lady who was supposed to process my money"FORGOT" to process it so i must wait for another 3-4 working days. Like really whose fault is it that she forgot to process the money???? So now they making their problems mine!!!!!for their own NEGLIGENCE. VIRGIN ACTIVE IS REALLY TAKING PEOPLE FOR A RIDE!!! THEY'VE GONE TOO FAR THIS TIME!!!

VERY BAD SERVICE/DISGUSTING SERVICE
I PAID R841.90 FOR MY PARCELS TO BE DELIVERED RIGHT ON TIME, LITTLE DID I KNOW THAT MY PARCELS THAT I'VE BEEN LONG WAITING FOR WILL TAKE SO ****** ****EN LONG TO BE DELIVERED I WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE RECEIVED IT YESTERDAY (07/11/2018) NOW I'VE BEEN SENT FROM PILLAR TO POST WHAT THE **** IS WRONG WITH RAM COURIER SERVICE FOR NOT DELIVERING GOODS ON TIME?????

KAAK SERVICE
The service s really bad & they cant keep up to their promises. Ive been a loyal customer for 3 ****** years & i was supposed to get my bonus cash back rewards yesterday (26/06/2018) as promised on the contract i signed 3 years back. guess what i still havent received any cent from them. When you call their call centre phones are not picked up. Am really dissapointed with Miway All they do after talking to you over the phone is tell you to write good about them on hellopeter. Whereas their service is KAA**** Guyz if you really looking for a good insurance company dont go near miway.

Excellent Service from Ntokozo
Ntokozo's service from Miway is 100% Excellent she assisted me after struggling for a long time to get help regarding the change of address & the premium fee. her assistance didn't even last the whole day compare to other consultant who took forever to assist me & still wrote down the incorrect details such as the address which i specifically asked to be changed. Ntokozo is the best Consultant ever. we really need people like her to assist us promptly instead of people who will take forever to assist you.
