On 7 March 2024 I purchased two rugs and a vase online and the rugs were R0.01 each and I wow must be my lucky day. I continued with my order and paid. Later that same day I received an email from Tim Sherwood the E-commerce manager stating that there was an error online and they will be cancelling my order. I responded and said please cancel everything in that case. No response. I followed up regarding my refund still no response. Today(12 March 2024) I receive an email that my order is out for delivery. Tim first cancelled my order and I requested a full refund. Firstly why is it the customer’s fault when their site displays incorrect prices? And secondly they don’t respond to emails. Appalling customer service.
If I could them zero stars then I would. I purchased two mirrors on the 16th of June 2023 online and my order was delivered on the 19 June 2023. I returned the order on the 23rd of June 2023. I called requesting my refund and I spoke to Sharconia Seapose and he gave me so many stories via email. The last email I received he said my refund was sent to finance on the 11th of July 2023. Today 10 days later and countless emails I still haven’t received my refund. I’m starting to think that I will never get my refund and Leroy ****med me out of my money.
Taking up the policy was extremely simple and the agent who assisted me Jaen Boshoff explained everything about the policy. She was so polite and friendly. Thank you Jaen. Hopefully when it comes to claim I will get the same great service
This must the most unprofessional company that has provided a service for me. I had a claim with Nedbank and they came to replace my ceiling. Their workmanship is of poor quality and when I complained they lied and said that I was busy with renovations to my home of which had nothing to do with my ceiling. They just painted over a water damaged ceiling. If you have an insurance claim and they appointment this company, you should refuse because you can expect poor workmanship and an even worse attitude. I am going to fight Nedbank to get me a properly qualified service provider and not this dodgy company
I placed my online order on the 31/07/2020 for sierra shower, they took my money and then went quiet. I called their call centre and they just told me that they have escalated the matter and that was a week ago. Since then I have nothing from them, I have contractors working and I am paying them to sit and wait for a shower enclosure that I should have received 3 weeks ago. I am very upset! I just want my money back.
I ordered the Hannah headboard on 01/04/2020. To date I still haven't received it, I spoke to Monique my sales agent and she promised that I will have my headboard last week Friday and I still haven't received it. I will never buy from Cielo again nor will I recommend anyone to buy from them. They do not know what customer service is, if I don't call or send an email. They will not update you.
I entered the Castle find the stout competition and won on 12 August 2015 and they even made the announcement on Facebook. I was told that I will get my cash prize within a week. Weeks have passed and when I contact them, I was told that I have to submit a stamped bank letter and that was not part of their terms and conditions. I asked if they can deliver my prize and I was told that I must fetch it at my cost and wasn't even given the address. Since then I have heard nothing from these people. I am very upset that I have to chase them for the prize I won.
