GREAT SERVICE FROM ONEPLAN PET INSURANCE
My wife and I got a new puppy for which we need pet insurance so I started to look around for the best options. This morning I saw a post on Facebook from OnePlan Pet Insurance, to which I responded. Within an hour someone sent me a message on Facebook messenger and said that they would give me a call during the course of the day. After a while, not too long, a Mr. Brandon-Lee Jackson gave me a call and took me through all the options and the plans available from them. From the minute we spoke until the very end of our conversation, Mr. Jackson was very professional and very calm at all times...Even though I asked all the questions in the world, as one needs to be certain of what you take nowadays. Thank you so much Mr. Jackson, it's been a pleasure working with you. I'm proud to say that my wife and I are now clients of OnePlan Pet Insurance. Excellent service, keep up the good work Brandon!!!

Great buying experience.
I had an amazing experience buying my new Tiguan from Mit Mak Motors. The sales executive was Tshepo whom went the extra mile for me from beginning to end. He's a great asset for any company👌🏻👍🏼 They really have a great team of people who actually listen to the customer's needs.

Great Service
My wife and I had such a great experience from the moment we met Franita Loots. She was extremely helpful and followed up with us on a regular even during the registration process. No service after proof of payment has been sent.
I bought a laptop through our company, Sanlam, for one of our advisors. The R15499 has been paid last week and since then I have received no feedback at all. If this is not resolved soon I will get our legal team to get involved. We buy from them on a regular basis and now, during the worst of times, this is the treatment we get. Horrible to say the least!!!

Parking fee theft
I went to Brooklyn Mall tonight at 20:30 26/08/2017 to watch a movie. Aferwards two ladies were busy walking from pay station to pay station collecting parking tickets and money and handing everyone "voided" tickets so they can exit the parking. This became clear to me that they are busy with a similar method of stealing at points of sales where you void the sale. I asked the one lady why the machine doesn't want to accept my cash and she said don't worry, take this blank ticket and give me the money. I'm sorry but I won't be tricked like that. I will take this further and name and shame you in he papers and social media if I have to. I can only imagine how many people have been robed like this.

Wrong product delivered aswell as billed incorrect
Hello Cell-C.<br> On 09/10/2015 a friendly girl from Cell Direct, Meshay Ross, called me with a special offer from Cell-C for R199pm, the 20GB mifi package. I waited for more than 3 weeks for the package to be delivered. I finally got the parcel 03/11/2015 and was given the wrong router. I called Cell-C and finally after 37min explained to them my situation. The lady from Cell-C said I must now wait another 7-14 working days for them to come and recollect my parcel to exchange it, product is still sealed. She then told me, after she got a little bit tense herself, that I should either wait some more or just cancel the contract. I asked/told her to cancel it because since I can't wait any longer and since I can't exchange it myself at a Cell-C branch, I'll go get a new contract in store. 10 Min ago an amount of R185,72 got deducted. It's obviously Rica'd already by the guy from Ram couriers. I want answers as to how we will sort this out, please. Either you refund me or give me what I was promised or I'll take this further. I was promised a Huawei router and instead got a ZTE router which is alot cheaper and slower, this is false advertisement is it not?
