Staff at Edenvale branch lack any professionalism. I had 15 people helped before me as they can "only do a refund from one specific till". Known customers get helped and exchanged from each till. And the one till that can supposedly assist needs to do a bulk purchase before me. Waited 40+ minutes to be assisted
What a joke. I honestly can't believe the pathetic excuse for service I experienced today. I paid extra for "Priority" check-in, thinking I'd actually get faster service. What a ****. You had three Priority counter open for a flood of people — most of whom had already missed their flight. Meanwhile, Economy had nine tellers flying through the lines. I stood there for 45 minutes in your so-called "priority" line, while Economy passengers moved faster than us. What exactly did I pay extra for? To be treated worse? The worst part — and the reason I’m writing this — is the way your staff treated us. I was in the line right next to a German couple, same Priority booking, same flight. A staff member pulled them out of the line, helped them immediately, and then when I tried to step forward (AS I WAS STANDING RIGHT THERE), I was literally shooed away like trash back into the line. And it didn’t stop there — she kept helping random people right in front of us, completely ignoring the queue. Priority meant nothing except paying more to be treated like a second-class citizen. You take people's money for "priority" but deliver absolutely nothing. Total rip-off. I could have flown Lift or CemAir for the same price, gotten actual service, and not felt completely **********. This was the last time you’ll ever see me booking with FlySafair Pathetic.
Worst medical billing software in South Africa! It is not a practice management application as advertised but it cannot even make billing easier. Using elixir has resulted in us losing claims, information and overall causing undue stress and sleepless nights. Support is available but unskilled, uninterested and will just not contact you back. Please do yourself a favor and look at any other option.
Wish we could give less than 1 star. Horrendous experience and made to feel like an inconvenience rather than a guest. Absolutely disgusted by kwa maritane. As an avid visitor of kruger and pilansburg we have previously had great experiences at Kwa Maritane but this time has been dismal to say the least. We reported the aircon to be told we just need to wait for it to cool down. After a night of not being able to sleep as hot wind blew down on us and humidity rose we decided to miss our game drive due as we were exhausted but we get woken by terrible noises coming from the tanks every time someone flushes or turns on a tap. Before 7 we report these concerns before we go to breakfast where we are once again shocked by what should be a 4* offering. Tinned fruits, yoghurt and cereal are the only cold food on offer, reheated bacon and refried mushrooms some of the stars of the hot offering and for breads we found there is no jam or honey. Waiting staff are non existent and with not even a juice available we confront staff who then finally bring juice to our table after our breakfast. Still demonstrating a lack lustre performance we discover by 10 o clock that the aircon has not even been checked out by maintanence manager. Somehow missing the maintenence manager on returning to room we get phoned to tell us we are being moved and a 30 min wait for a porter!!! As a previous customer to kwa maritane, we will now recommend to our friends and family to not support kwa maritane and rather visit fin foot if you have kids. We were there last month and the staff and experience were amazing!!! Kwa Maritane cannot stand by the stars it so proudly advertises
Disgusting!!! I'm told today my dad who was recently not well needs to drive 300km in the course of today in order that he can have the service on his car before he drives to the coast for a well deserved break and recovery. Ridiculous! What happened to the days of customer care. Now it's just a money making scam! So either he pays for his service that would otherwise be covered by his plan or he drives to the coast without peace of mind. If you are looking to buy a new car... look elsewhere
