Fedex has been giving me the run around on a delivery that has been ordered a week ago spoke to one of the agent at Fedex by the name of Kendle that has been trying to help me but with no luck as the order has been scanned into there warehouse as below with no other action the worst customer service I have ever seen for a international company 06-12-2019 _Time: 01:41 Shipment at the location JOHANNESBURG 06-12-2019 _Time: 01:40 Shipment at the location JOHANNESBURG
<p>Where do I startd so I was called round about the 11 April 2017 by a company by the name of Mondo that was bought by Telkom who is doing cell phone contract deals and took up to contracts which was R 149.00 per contract which I was informed during the call that it is a top up contract today I was billed R 981.18 so I called Mondo which I was informed I need to speak to Telkom as they deal with the contract now spoke to one of the managers there by the name of Twalelo who I informed that I was never told this is a open line contract but was informed it was a top up contract and would like to be refunded for the money taken where by she informed me there is nothing they can do, so I then requested to get the call recording for the sale of the contract so we can get this sorted where by she responded I will have to speak to Mondo after they refered me to Telkom which I advised her if this is the case that no one is willing to assist me I will reverse the payment true my bank and will get my attorneys involved as per consumer law a contract even over a call in binding so if my money is not reversed by the 01/07/2017 I will reverse the payment and will cancel this contract and will not pay any cancelation fee what so ever.</p>
<p>Sop on the 05/04/2017 I received a call from a agent by the name of Nikkita from a company called Mondo who is bought by Telkom offering me a cell contract seeing that the contract was a good deal I took 2 devices with them when I was informed delivery for the devices will take 5 to 7 working days being the patience person I am I waited for the full 7 days on the 7th day I called them back and spoke to a Christine who informed me she does not know what the hold up is with the courier as she can see nothing on her system and will get them to contact me till to date no call, today I call again to query this when I call the first time the call gets answer but no one on the line but I can hear people speaking on the other side so I hang up and call again and speak to a guy by the name of Yasten who informes me the same thing the last agent told me just with a twist this time that the turn over time is 7 to 14 working days wow so when I tell him the agent that done the sale said 5 to 7 working days he informes me I was given the wrong information really what type of zoo are they running at Mondo how can Telkom buy this company when its name is being dragged true the mudd the worst customer service ever the customer service manager of Mondo should be fired as he clearly is not doing is job.</p>

On the 6th of Novenber 2015 I ordered a 1500 bricks for Corabrik Crownmines where I was promised delivery will not take place later then the 10/11/2015 I have spoken to Themba , Elizabeth manager nad even the renional manager Gary Westwood and still no delivery of my bricks I bought with my hard earned money the attitude and service I got from theses people can not be explained
