Since 20th October 2024 I realized that I can't buy electricity, on 29 October owner goes there to report he filled the form, and we received 40 recode numbers, and we bought electricity but it says do again, then we gone to kuruman eskom again they gave another 40 numbers it changed krn 1 to krn 2 but still we can't buy electricity, we called eskom from 13:00 they answered at 15H00 and the lady was rude she didn't even gave me reference number, and still now I can't insert electricity. I bought about 6 token numbers it can't work, the problem is that we can't get solutions
I Mokhukhu Benjamin ogotseng have a Problem with Megabus, I started worked at Megabus from 2012 September 07, they've sent us to medical every year I was fit to work but in 2018 08 14 Dr E M Rabaloi sent me to Kimberly to Dr Werner Hoek ( Ear, nose throat specialist) so this Dr diagnosis that I have a lost hearing, and after that I continued to Work and in 2019 02 20 I get the certificate that I am unfit to work, and they say it's because I worked the mines, they makes excuses about the mines, so I was fired and I didn't even receive a rand for my hearing loss, so I want you to help me to get the money for my disability. I tried to go to Labour every time when I go there, the person who works my case is not there, pls help me.
POOR SERVICE Since i wrote review on September 20, 2019 about Home choice, since on 26 september they said they are investigating and still now, when i call them they say they are still investigating. and my worry is that they debit their money monthly basis. so help me what can i do with this situation.
I bought two phones on contract from telkom the other, my husband lost other phone the same month but when i told they wanted a case no but they didnt give a new phone and still they refuse to do sim swap in the phone. they told to go to the nearest store i said is too far i am deep rural in kuruman they say i must go to kimberly.i cant g there is 2 far for to do sim swap. i asked why they can call to offer me deals of phones but when i have a problem they cant help me over the phone. but first we make a deal in phones, so help me to make them do sim swap for me
I have bought 4 curtains from homechoice and on friday 16/08/2019 i've gone to collected point to collect my curtain i've only reveive 2 bedrooms curtains, so send them email to tell them that i didnt receive my lounge curtain, they said ive collected them on 19th August 2019 but that day i was at work i didn't receive any package. So i told them to send me a picture of signatures but they dint do that, they told me to fill dispute forms and i did but nothing is happening until now but they debit every month. what can i do with this situation help me
From 08/01/2016 I filled a cancellation of phone contract and emailed back to them but still now they still deducting my money please help me to stop and give back my money of February. I would be glad if my request will be considered
They send me a message that I owe them R1300 and they're going to deduct on 15th and I called one of their agent and she say they didn't take money from last month me I thought they my account was overdue in October so I throw away their sim in toilet in the middle of this week I called them where did money come from, they say is from last month and December month, and when I add this money is R199 + R199 I don't know about other money and I didn't use their airtime for this month, so please can you find out what all this money is all about help me to make them cancel this. Last month the money was in the bank they didn't take it so this month they say I owe them R1300 no they make me mad
On 03 September I emailed to Assupol Life that I need to cancel my policy, because first they told me that is a investment and I open it in 2013 and in 2015 the agent of Assupol came to my work place so I told him to check my policies so he told me that, that policy is a Life cover not investment, so I sign a form for another policy for my grandma and I told that guy that I am still going to discuss it with my husband but he didn't come back as he promised so after 2 days I received a message that my policy has gone through my payment is R176.00 about the week I cancel it too, they even asked me to write a letter and I did it but still today they still deducting R250.00 from my pay. So please help me to cancel that policies, and I want my money back that they deducted after my cancellation, and I want to understand that whose fault is that if you write a policy as an investment and it turned to be life cover, because it happened again in metropolitan, and look the money that I paid from 2013-2015, I managed to cancel at metropolitan and as a refund they gave me only R220.00, it's not fair because it's their agency's fault. I will be glad if you can help me.
