Mieke was wonderful, explained with patience while I was reluctant to take the cover for my two babies. Made it easy to make a choice at the end of the call. Thank you. 😊

Happy
Have been with the insurer for a year and when they reviewed my premium it went up by almost R400 and I wanted to cancel the policy, they kept premium were it originally was. I'm glad my budget was not drastically adjusted during this economic times.

Bona bona restaurant not accommodating
Had a wonderful time during the game drive and predator feed was the best experience for my son as we came very close to the animals such tigers, lions, cheetahs. However after such an exciting experience and as famished as we were, we decided to get a table at the restaurant on their premises and just our luck the only table be where could sit at was in the sun and we asked for umbrellas be moved closer to the table but the waiter said they couldn't move. Then asked for the table to be moved closer to the shade as we were traveling with kids and still to no avail that was too much a request for the waiter. Had travel to klerksdorp to get fed after a 4 hour game drive with kids. That left bitter taste in my mouth.

The worst VAF customer service received.
Applied for Vehicle Financing at the local branch Klerksdorp, had a consultant John help with the application and I received an email with confirmation from the bank with the reference number. I was then referred to a Stone who deals with VAF and he explained that they cannot process my application as the dealership I am buying from is based in Western Cape, and that was the end of the process for them. The reason I went to the bank I am banking with is to get better/ rates and cut out the middle man but it seems I cannot get serviced, left to vultures to fend for myself. No use trusting with my money. What a waist of my time with incompetent bank, I am in South Africa and they cannot reach out to someone in the coastal region to handle my application. And the manager of VAF Sales Reggie Berry was copied in the email yet it sounded just fine to him. Time to take my business elsewhere look for a better devil.
