The service at ABSA Grove is the worst I've ever experienced. The assistant manager was useless. The only assistance that was good was by an elderly lady who tried by all means to get a personal banker to assist me to no avail. Very bad experience!
A family member of Fiedel Gopaul himself made an offer to purchase my house in June 2021. One of the conditions for the offer was that Fiedel Gopaul Attorneys will be transfer attorneys. From the date I accepted their offer my nightmare began. They moved into my house pending registration and must pay rent to me. I don't get my rent, the family member is threatening that Fiedel himself wiinot pay out my money of the deal after registration because of a light bulb not working and other minor issues that is purely cosmetic. Now apparently their bond was not approved, that after guarantees were delivered. Apparently Absa approved a bond now but Fiedel Gopaul are not communicating with me or the agent at all. I only hear from the agent that the family member of Fiedel wants to cancel the deal. It's unethical conduct fron Fiedel Gopaul Attorneys and breach on criminal according to me. Never use them ever. I will have to obtain an attorney now to assist me with a way forward. Fiedel is not answering any of my emails
I paid Coll ideas for my fibre connection and they cut off my services. The proof of payment was sent to them but apparently they can't find it. Meanwhile it becomes my problem and my services are still disconnected. The agent assisting me became rude and aggressive. Apparently the managers are all in a meeting and are not available to intervene
I bought a car from Motorcall Auto. Stefan assisted me and guided me through the whole process. He was always patient and professional. Best service ever.
I moved to a olace with an existing fibre line. I applied through Webafrica for fibre activation. It has been a week with no progress. No contact number works and I cannot get hold of an agent to cancel my order to enable me to go to another service provider. Worst service ever.
This is a follow up review. It is now more than 2 weeks and I still have not received my 2 devices ordered through Vodacom. Everytime I phone Vodacom they respond RAM reported the delivery was unsuccessful. Rhen I didn't receive any call and waited the entire day at the delivery address. Not impressed 😡
I upgraded 2 contracts with vodacom. RAM is the courier company that they use for delivery. After 8 days I'm still waiting for my 2 devices. At the end of every day I receive a text that there were no answer after keeping my phone on and with me the whole time. The truth is that there werw no calls from RAM. Tomorrow will be day 9, and around 5 I'll get the same text and o device will be delivered. Wonder how long this will continue
I upgraded 2 contracts, it's 8 days later and still no devices have been received. The service provider RAM they use to deliver the devices is just as poor. Feel like canceling all my contracts and move to another service provider 😡
