Liberty Life bad service and advice given!!!
I have had this for year and the lack of service blows my mind even the ombudsman does not bother them and as I now know that my best interests were not put first I will be taking this further. I am sick of leaving messages to be called back and when you want to speak to a senior they are "always in meetings"

Never use uber
Worst service ever, prebooked a drive, driver does not pick up at a pickup point then makes you walk 30 minutes to get to him because he refuses to comes to the pickup point and cancelled when we you 2 minutes from him. Not to mention all the drivers that where cancelling on people to take cash from random people not even using the app. Then the best part is the app sends you to a pickup point and all drivers refund to come to pickup point because they say they cannot get to the pickup point supp**** by the uber app. Moral of the story dont use uber use Bolt.

Rolf Offermann worst salon ever
Worst service ever received and customer care via facebook is just as useless as the hair dresser that was late for an appointment that was pre booked if I might add, then when paying I noticed the price was incorrect only to find out they did not do the treatment that was booked and when ask I was told "next time" !!!!!!😡😡🤬😡 The so called care line request contact information just to never get back to you absolutely pathetic!!!!! Then the cherry they don't have a direct email probably because they would never be able to keep up with the complaints

They claim to verify their sellers but all they do is propose ****mers and support is useless they dont assist in any way even with the proof!

<p>Never been treated so badly in my life and had such terrible service from one company. This is a company I would never in a million years recommend to anyone not even if they wanted to waste money!!!!!!</p>

your life means nothing to them
Even after paying in on an outstanding amount they take money they have no right to. Liberty are like perents that can't get a handle on their kids (broker) they are all to lazy to fix their stuff ups they only helpful in the beginning when they want your money!!!!!!
