I have sent you the following email on Wednesday and made a complaint on your Facebook page and you still haven't felt the need to resolve my query at all. Dear Sirs On the 8th of October 2019 while driving from JHB to Cape Town my wife and I booked a B&B in Beaufort West and it was round about 9ish the night I think when we placed a phone order for a full Cheddamelt Schnitzel and a Cheddamelt Steak (medium). After a long drive over 1000km you can only imagine how hungry I was while having Spur on my mind throughout the whole day. Right, we then collected the order and head for our B&B to get some rest before hitting the road to Cape Town but before we do get some rest, let's indulge on the food we just ordered. I was utterly disgusted at the rare, ******, chewy piece of steak I had with the cheese slice stuck onto the takeaway box that I had to sc**** off with my nails as the steak was so cold and poorly prepared that it couldn't even get a chance to stick and melt to the steak. The only thing I ate of my order were a few of the cold, dry chips. My wife's full Cheddamelt Schnitzel was so dry and crisped which is weird because why is her's overdone and mine underdone??? We are just really disappointing and disgusted as we were very hungry and wasted our money on food we didn't even eat. The **** part is that we had to drive to CT 4AM the next morning and had no chance to go in store and speak about our experience as we had to head home before the traffic starts. We will definitely not be going anywhere close to Beaufort any time soon as it was a once off family road trip however I feel I have lost as a customer and had to buy alternative food the next morning at the nearest petrol station as we were still hungry cause we basically didn't eat the night before and I would really like to know what can be done about this! I look forward to your response. Regards I hope my query will be resolved after this.
<p>It is with great disappointment that I am typing out this complaint right now about the disgusting customer service I had with American Clothing/The Vault in Wynberg Main Road today.</p> <p>I went into the Cavendish branch on Saturday looking for a size 10UK black AF1 Low but there wasn't any and the salesman said there is a 9.5 and that it would fit perfectly and that I should try it. I then took it home and it was hurting me so much that I just couldn't wear it and I didn't. I took it back today asking if I can exchange it for a size 10UK Black Low AF1 and the guy at the counter called around and said they don't have any but he can give me a voucher to the value of the shoes and I can call them again to check if they have which is pretty inconvenient as you are the people sitting with my money and I'm the one sitting with no shoes.</p> <p>I then went to the Wynberg Main Rd (The Vault) and asked the grey haired worthless piece of **** of an idiot behind the counter if they have any size 10UK Black AF1 Low in store and he said no.</p> <p>He spun me a whole irrelevant story about he don't think they'll get any anymore cause Jack Lemkus and Sportscene will get the stock and all other stuff I didn't ask him and then just said I must come look in 2 weeks time.</p> <p>I asked him what if in 2 weeks time you still don't have the shoes I'm requesting and he just said well then you have to take something else to that value.</p> <p>I told him I don't want anything else to that value, I want the shoe that I'm paying for. Why would I want to buy something I don't want?</p> <p>He then started getting rude with me and just said here's the number and call us in 2 weeks time and carried on with a customer that approached him after me and I wasn't even done talking and when I asked for the head office email address he just said ja ja it's there on the card that he gave me but when I looked at the card there wasn't any email address.</p> <p>I wanted to ask him for his name but my fiance who was with me felt so humiliated because of how we were treated that she just said come let's just go, as we left the store.</p> <p>I promise you I don't ever want to set foot in any American Clothing or The Vault store ever again and if you can't give me the shoe that I am looking for I would like a full refund please so that I can buy it at another store and get better customer service and not be forced to buy something that I don't want.</p> <p>Pathetic I tell you, totally pathetic.</p> <p>I will never recommend anybody to ever shop at one of your stores.</p>
<p>I am so disgusted with the service I've received from Old Mutual. My first time ever giving Old Mutual a shot and I've had nothing but hell for a whole week this week! I don't even think my whole complaint or experience will fit in this complaint box. It all started when I went to the Claremont branch on Saturday to apply for a loan. I went with my bank statements and payslips that I printed out a few days before the time to prepare myself cause that's the basic forms you need when walking into a financial building, only to be told that I have to go back to my bank to get new print outs of the latest bank statements, which costs R13 per page at FNB. I went and got the latest bank statements only to be told when I got back to Old Mutual that my application has been rejected 2 weeks prior to Saturday and I wasn't even at Old Mutual 2 weeks prior to that. I was there more than a month ago before that only for a quote and not an application. I then got told I have to come back Monday because only an ops manager can unreject the application and there was no ops managers in on Saturday. Monday before work I made my way to OM in Wynberg with all my documents again and was afterwards told everything went through, only to get a call the next day asking me to come back in because the application was sent back due to the fact that I had Saturday's bank statements and they needed bank statements for the day I apply for the loan and asked me to come in on Tuesday and I told them I can't because I'm on my way to work. Wednesday I then had to go back to my bank and go through the whole long process again of standing in queues trying to get my bank statements for Wednesday and get charged R13 per page all over again and then waste more money all over again making my way to the OM branch in Wynberg so the incompetent consultant named Glenda can send through my latest bank statements and have me sign all over again, saying that everything is now sorted and I will be notified the next day about my loan application only to get a phone call Thursday AGAIN from Glenda asking me to come back to the Wynberg branch and just sign again because the application has been sent back and I told her I'm sorry but I can't because I'm on my way to work. She then said I can sign at the branch in Adderley Street which I went to and had to do the whole application all over again after I got told alot of **** because I didn't have my ID with me (as if I planned on coming to redo a loan application that should've been done along time ago already but wasn't done due to Old Mutual's incompetence and disgusting services). I had to do all of this during my work time and my lunch break time for the day yesterday was an atrocious 2 hours and 41 minutes and it's only supposed to be and hour, which I then got threatened that I'm going to get a written warning for at work. I was also told I'm supposed to get a paid up letter from my bank today and mail it to Old Mutual to show that I don't have any outstanding loans with my bank which I don't have and clearly doesn't show on my bank statements, and if that's the case then why can't Old Mutual call my bank itself and request a paid up letter? To make matters even worse, GLENDA FROM OLD MUTUAL CALLED ME AGAIN THIS MORNING ASKING ME IF I CAN'T COME INTO THE BRANCH AGAIN TODAY! Does Old Mutual think I don't have a life or something? I just counted 26 pages of bank statements I had to print out for Old Mutual at the cost of R13 per page and God knows how many money I gave out to travel back and forth to Old Mutual every single day and guess what, I STILL DON'T HAVE THE LOAN I APPLIED FOR! My first time ever at Old Mutual and this is what I have to go through. I even opened a Money Account at Old Mutual. I so regret ever stepping foot into Old Mutual and would advise people who is looking for a personal loan to look elsewhere because Old Mutual will just waste your time and money and cost you your job</p>
To whom this may concern. I've been with FNB for so long and never encountered any problems or at least that I took note of, but recently especially in the last 2 weeks I've been heavily inconvenienced with regards to debit orders and money being taken out of my account which shouldn't have been taken out. On 30th March 2016 I took out a loan for 6 months but paid it up or settled it on the 28th of April in full. I could've left it as is and just pay the normal instalments for the remainder of the months but because I wanted to be out of debt I paid it up in full in less than a month. I then had a direct debit come out of my account the next day for the instalment of the loan which shouldn't have come out which has now inconvenienced me in so many ways and have spent 2 days in which I had to stay out of work and loose 2 days money which I would like to have paid back and compensated for from FNB. I have a son to support and today again I was at the Tokai branch and was told the money will be in by today which I was told Friday as well but to my surprise I was taken for a ride again. My son can't go to creche now because that was his creche fees and my elderly mother cannot look after him so can you how this is affecting my life right now? I seriously don't think that I have to go through all of this to get my own money back. Just like you have a job, I have one as well and I don't want to loose it by staying out every time to chase my own money and still not get it. I would like to have my money by tomorrow morning in my account as well as compensation for all the fuss I had to go through and money I had to spend to go to the bank twice and loose 2 days money at work, and if that cannot be done then please provide me with the contact details if where I can escalate this and take this matter further.
Good day my name is Zachary Molete. I took a temporary 1month loan on the 28 December 2015 which i was told will be deducted on my salary pay date the 27 Jan 2016 and which i agreed to. My company paid me transport allowance of R300 on the 16 <br> Jan 2016. I then checked my account on Sunday and the money was out of my account. Today 18 Jan 2016 i went to the bank to enquire where the money went, the consultant at the FNB branch adderly street said it went to the Temporary short term loan. It was confirmed that i cannot reverse the money.<br> I am extremely dissapointed in this poor misleading service of FNB. I have been banking with them for 5years and this is the first time i experience such poor service. As mentioned above it is my travelling allowance for the rest of the month and i wanted to buy toiletries for my baby boy. I do not have any funds to go to work, and i need it to be reversed.
Hi. My name is Zachary and this is my first on hellopeter or making a complaint. About 3 months ago i bought a pair of Air Force 1's at Jack Lemkus cause i've heard a lot of good things about their store and thought why not give them a try. Now i'm sitting with a pair of broken shoes that's loose on the side where the sole and shoe connects or supposed to connect. I e-mailed them with pics of how it looks and all i was told is that they can't guarentee that they will replace it but they can have someone look at it. Uhm, first of all i don't have time to travel up and down with shoes to have someone \have a look at it". I work alot and very awkward shifts and when i'm off i have important things to do than to travel up and down with shoes for someone to just \""have a look at it\"". I'm just very upset because i could've used that R1100 on something else than to spend it on shoes that will break in less than 4 months time. I don't know if Jack Lemkus is selling rejects to people or what but i'm sure not even a fake pair would've broken that quickly. I was going to buy my family shoes there as well this month for Christmas but at the momemt that doesn't seem like a good idea. """
