Hi there On 09/11/2024, I purchased a second hand bakkie (Isuzu D-Max 250) at Weelee in Centurion. The salesperson (Wedell Stofells) advised that the bakkie still had a factory warranty on it.After the delivery was made, I then made an effort to check with Isuzu if the bakkie had a warranty and to my surprise, the warranty expired. few days later I picked up clutch, rear wheel bearing issues and the aircon pump failure. I reported all the issues to the Weelee dealer and I took the bakkie back. They took it to their workshop and all the reported problems were confirmed. Weelee refused to cover the cost and I asked why I was sold a bakkie with defaults without being notified. I also asked why I was **** to with regards to the warranty being valid. On the 04th/12/2024 I went to check since they were not answering my call and Nic (Wendell's manager was called and he advised he will get authorization for the workshop to go ahead on the next day. Today I am still waiting and Wendell and his manager are no longer responding to my calls.

I subscribed to the Showmax Pro Mobile on the 26/11/2023 after my Showmax Pro was discontinued. I only noticed when I was trying to play it on my TV that I am unable to stream on my TV anymore. I then went back to look to the options and managed to pick up the R99 package, but I was only told that I will only be able to watch the R99 package after a month and yet my money is gone. This means I have paid for two packages, but I can only watch one. Here is my fault was purchasing the mobile package when I needed the TV package. The TV package doesn't have live sports games, that was a fail from Showmax. Nonetheless, I have requested that my R99 package be activated immediately, but I was told thats impossible, at year 2023? Can someone help here as i am sitting with a useless showmax package of R255 that I can only watch on the mobile, how clever is that? Now that I have downgraded to R99 package and I cannot even use it until the next billing cycle which I will also be charged for?
I cancelled my account two months ago with Supersonic and in the month of August I was debited 3 times the normal debit order I used to pay. Below are the ticket number: SST184702.

Exoticarpreowned only care about their clients before the purchase deal, after the deal you are on your own. I bought a bakkie with them and noticed that when its raining or after washing the bakkie one of the headlight and tail light becomes moist. Took the bakkie back to them and they said they fixed it, then I noticed after few days of raining that the problem still persist and I notify them and their boss said to me he cannot help me. He even said that's the disadvantage of buying the second car and he told me that he is not gonna help me because I am rude to him and he dropped the call.
I got billed three times in just one first month. can someone contact me and explain this to me.
Alexander Forbes consultant kept me on the phone for almost 30 minutes while she was apparently pulling my profile. I had to drop-off and make another call. That was so un-professional. They also not responding to their enquire emails.

I would like to recommend Mandla Nkuna for the best service ever. Very patient with customers, always updating the customer making sure they still ok. I got the best service when I was purchasing my bakkie on the 10/12/2019. He made sure all is in other even when the bank was delaying the process. He deserves a recognition for beyond excellent.
