REF 00180434 - i was promised last week a call and answer on ***** case on my credit card that happened some time ago and still nothing
***** was committed on my credit card by someone in america and i keep getting sms to say they missed me but i get no calls and when i phone the call centre they keep telling me that there is no feedback
i brought new shocks for my hyundai i20 2013 8 months ago and then the left shock was climbing off from the pressed in rubber and then when i wanted to report it they told me it is not the correct shocks for my car which i dont understand because they give you new shocks once you supply youre vin number and then when i phoned the offices i get told there is no one to help me because there is only one person that handles it and everytime i phone back he is on leave
i have been waiting for a payment from them and a person cant get hold of them no one answers their phones they dont respond to emails they are so unhelpfull and this is not acceptable
i logged a call for my new washing machine i bought that is faulty ref 1731762 and they said they will get someone out to me asap but nothing sofar then i tried to call the call centre again then is says they are busy hold you are caller number 6 and the next minute you are caller number 10 but you dont get past caller number 6 this is useless to call them
i phoned the call centre yesterday with ref 1731762 and they said they will send someone but nobody has contacted me back yet and when you phone them and you hold then they say you are caller number 6 and then then next minute you are call number 10 but you dont get past number 6
our internet is off again worked again for 2 days and now off yet again what is going with this internet service provider and a person cant get hold of the call centre
i havent had internet for a couple of days now without any explanation no feedback i did send emails and the only feedback i receive is that the ticket has been closed but i am still wothout internet i am going to looking into another supplier
my internet has been down for two days now and i keep phoning the call centre but nothing is happening the one consultant actually put the phone down in my ear while i was trying to get some info as to when it will be sorted out i have 5 times in 2 days and i have no feedback or referance number for the fault , this is horrible service
