Refusal to refund and incorrect part supp****
I bought a tow bar plug housing with Vin number. I was given a wrong part as it did not have a bracket to accommodate wiring fitting. I made it clear what I wanted and was given wrong part. Agent should have offered me correct part given that he had my Vin number. Now they refusing to refund me. This bis so ********* as the part has never been used. I can't use it either is its current form as it is incomplete. I bought my Amarok from them and I will never give them business0 replies

Unilateral extension of contract after expiry of gixed agreement of 12 months
I had 12 months contract and communicated cancellation with them. They are charging me for the month that fall after expiry of my contract despite having informed them about cancellation. This is greed and opportunism that is aimed at maximizing profits unduly.0 replies

Unbecoming business conduct and empty promises. No support for clients
I took this insurance in 2018 but what they are doing to my wife is not acceptable. This is ****. No support for their customers after accidents and find all tricks to avoid responsibility. I am going to cancel this ****y insurance. Their agents dont return calls and try to bully clients. Ne careful of cheap premiums. I wonder if they subscribe to any code of ethics.1 reply
