I had purchased flowers on valentines day for a delivery at my partners work but right before they were given to the driver, I contacted them to cancel via email, their chatbot and call them multiple times without no answer and sent a whatsapp as well to which I was met with no response then after 2/3 hours, they responded via email telling me they will take 15% because it was on transit already!!! who's fault is that???? I fought that!!! they then told me I will get my refund within 2/3 working days but nothing still!!!! I WANT MY MONEY!!!

I’ve been complaining about an employee by the name of Nonkosi Ashley Nxusani who has really caused me a mental breakdown whilst working for them. The company which is a subsidiary of Cardies is not doing anything about it.
A lady by the name of Mbali Hlatshwayo helped me with selling my Polo Vivo. Her communication and professionalism was excellent. Keep up the good work lady.
Multiple individuals including myself were ****** by a man who goes by Providence Cheung and his girlfriend Nonkosi Ashley Nxusani who works for SAGreetings / Cardies. We’ve requested multiple times for an internal investigation as this person is a ********. They have ignored us and so would like people to know that they hire ********s!!
I ordered food from the delivery line 0860623623 and everything was great however I received a call from the staff from the McD Braamfontein branch telling me that the driver has gone to deliver somewhere else.<br> <br> I waited and 5 min later the driver calls me saying he is has arrived at my place, I go meet him and the food that he brought is not my order. The driver tells me that he is going to get the my food and takes another hour before I call the delivery line to find out what is happening and I get told that, the driver went to deliver somewhere else and he will come to me...I waited another hour and I called the branch just for the line to not go through....<br> <br> I am very disappointed in this branch and will never recommend it and will tell people never, ever to order food there!!!!
