I ordered over a week ago with Bash and never received a confirmation email. The app says there was a failed delivery attempt but no attempt was made to deliver! I have logged calls and complaints but nobody gets back to me. Shocking service. Order number B15687011-01

Don’t ever buy a car from Northcliff Exclusive cars!! The manager is exceptionally rude and does not listen to his customers - instead he calls them a liar when they tell him what has transpired and why you are unhappy with their service. I bought my car from them in June of this year. Within 3 weeks I asked them to take the car back and give me my trade in as I was so unhappy with the service and communication but I was just told NO. The manager is incredibly rude and arrogant and not a manager in any way whatsoever. He says that if he was not present then it didn’t happen. I was promised touch up paint upon collecting the vehicle in June. It is September and I have still not received anything. My car was due for a service a month after collecting the car from exclusive cars. Brake pads need replacing already - 3 months in. DON’T BUY FROM EXCLUSIVE CARS! Instead of helping customers, they argue with them and call them liars.

I had a pregnancy blood test done on the 1st of December at Ampath Northcliff. I paid cash for it and was NOT sent by a doctor. My blood results have still not been released!! After calling Ampath client services, I was told it was sent to a doctor Van der Watt - whom I didn’t request and who, might I add, is the wrong Dr Van der Watt that I always see. On the phone, they refuse to give me MY results and instead tell me to look on the App - which has still not been updated 3 days later. I have called countless times to get the doctor changed but they redirect me 100 times to someone else who redirects me further. These phone operators are incredibly rude and snappy. I don’t understand what the secret is and why nobody can tell you what MY blood results are. Especially when I didn’t request it get sent to a doctor. What poor and disgusting service! Don’t ever use their services. Rather go to Lancet.
I organized 3 weeks in advance to collect academic gowns for my teachers. I was contacted back with an invoice and all was good to go. The day I arrive to collect the gowns, it is closed. I contact the lady and she tells me she isn’t feeling well. No communication was given to me. This is so unprofessional and she was so rude over the phone.
I placed an order on 5 May and was immediately debitted. The website says that delivery takes 2-3 days and it is now 14 May and still no delivery. This is ridiculous. I have tried to track my order but the delivery number I was given does not exist for some reason. I have emailed them twice and still no response!
I applied online for 40GB WiFi instillation weeks ago and got accepted. I was told that they would install my WiFi within 7-10 days and have still not been visited to install my WiFi. I have called Telkom but keep getting redirected. This is beyond frustrating as I am still waiting for my WiFi!
Telkom failed to debit my account for 2 months (October and November) and did not make any effort to let me know that my account was in arrears. My account was suspended end of October to which I then called Telkom. they told me that I was 2 months behind in payment and then offered me the option to EFT the amount of R780 into their account - this was done on the 4th of November. 1 week later my account was still suspended, I called again and they said my payment will take a week to reflect. By the 11th I was still suspended. They said they had not received my payment. They gave me the wrong reference number and said that I needed to send proof of payment - sent this 3 times. Supervisor Tracey as well as 3 other people had supposedly made a case for me. PETRO was meant to trace my payment and has still not gotten to it. <br> I went into Telkom and was told that my case has been closed and that nobody has attended to my case.<br> I have been waiting for feedback for almost over a MONTH!! My account is still in arrears even though I paid R780 to Telkom on 4 NOV. NOBODY can help me and has closed my case without my knowledge!<br> I AM FED UP WITH THIS TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! <br> PLEASE HELP ME!
