I am a regular client buying smoothie fruit salad and breakfast, today the waiter went to the back of the queue and asked people behind me gave orders n after several orders she took mine I asked for 3 she put 2 breakfast got to the till had to wait before 2 clients that got there after me. I raised my concern but I was told that I didn't order, an apology for serving people at the back of the queue was not even touched. I was corrected for not saying my order with an argument. If that's client service, I will not visit the kiosk again. U have a start of the queue and exit but u start serving from exit and when asked u defend yourselves. Keep up the attitude and rotten service standard.
They sell lies i took a warranty plan which covers suspension when i claim after 2 years am told its not covered if its wear and tear failure previously i was told if caused by impact its not covered. So why offer a product to a 5 year old car when you wont honnor claims coz the car parts are old n worn out. Good people stay away from Auto & General they are trained hypocrites Anele and Luthando from value added products claims thanks for waisting my airtime calling you and zero feedback. Am gone bye bye
I paid for the k200 and got a tracking but no delivery date or contact from the company whatsapp is not being rep**** to can we get feedback about orders urgently
Unhelpful and they dont even know their products, if u ask for a quote they make u compile it yourself scan barcodes from each isle and their attitude is worse lady from information and a guy called Mbuyazi at quotations. This is the worse service i ever got from a company
Great service and they keep their promises I referred 3clients and got premium waiver. Thanks for the break
Not helpful at all contacted then in 2017 when my Meter was having issues was told out of stock, I waited no help. Finally I managed to get a contractor to put a used Meter and it's packed up again. I contacted Eskom n got reference number till today no response. On the 26th October 2022 I reported a broken Meter for my mom's house n was given a reference number: 574334649 till today no action I called again on the 31st not even a phone call or sms messages. An elderly granny has been without electricity for 2 weeks now. How can Eskom let an 80 year old lady with 11 n 2 year old stay with no electricity for over 2 weeks. Service failure
Being a Vodacom contract holder for over 10 years my last contract was a nightmare. Am owing money but I had given notice for cancellation at the end of my term to my surprise I was billed R495 instead of the usual R359 agreement am being hustled by lawyers from Vodacom demanding money I have blocked them as I asked for explaination from Vodacom n I didn't get even a call to say why my debit went up I pay what I can afford as I have taken another contract with a different service provider can't afford to pay more for both providers. Vodacom has no communication with its clients.
They debited me R5000 and mostly R596 with no explanation I signed a prepaid contract for R139 for 20gig for 2 years n I cancelled when it expired but I still owe them money as their R5000 n R596 returned due to unexpected on the account this fees accumulated. Been with Telkom mobile for 6 years yet I have never got a call even my queries were never resolved or dealt. I left them due to network outage which was ongoing.

No network for months and they debit whichever amount they like and when it bounces back they charge penalties and expect you to pay. Have had a contract for 8 years they never contacted me even once yet I logged disputes and complained. Had to renew the contract 2 years ago after trying for 6 months to cancel it. They were not willing to cancel my contract. I owe them R500 yet haven't connected to the internet for the last 3 months but I pay R139 as per my contract
